TOPIC: PMMA Appt Scheduled for 3/3/23 with Dr. Rupeka

Hey Fellas,

So, after about 5+ years of active research, and reaching out to others about PE, I have finally decided to pull the plug and get something done! A little bit about me:
Age: 32
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 225 (stocky/musclar build)
Flaccid Length: 4" (average)
Flaccid Girth: 4" (average)
Erect Length: 7"
Erect Girth: 6"

I am very much looking to increase my Flaccid Girth and think that PMMA is really the best option for me. I have seen SO many before and after photos and, for me, I like the way that most of the PMMA results come out. I know that my stats will likely garner a lot of "you don't need any help" comments, but I have always been insecure and really am doing this purely for myself. It is nothing that I can really pinpoint, but it has always been there. My Flaccid size just doesn't do it for me and I am really looking forward to having a true, fat Dick.

I have posted a pic of what my average, Flaccid Dick looks like. I don't think that I have unrealistic expectations (looking to gain +1 Inch), so very much looking forward to this! If any of y'all could share your experiences, with PMMA, I would greatly appreciate your feedback! Also, if you have any experience with Dr. Rupeka, I would love to hear it. I spoke to his office X2 today and they were great! Answered my questions and got me on his schedule very quickly - even gave me pointers on best places to stay (flying in from New Orleans, LA).

Thanks for the follow-up @truckerguy . I made the appointment and then had a mild freakout after and almost cancelled! My one concern is retraction. When I get nervous, my dick retracts....a lot. I am curious if the numbing also kind of helps create this sense of calm (because you can't feel anything). I know that sounds dumb, but I just want to ensure he gets a good amount of surface area to work with.

Does Dr Rupeka use inject with a cannula or does he use multiple needle injections?

He does cannula at 3 or 4 spots - and I'm 4 months out from last round - injection points completely invisible and undetectable

@truckerguy and no issues with nodules or anything popping up? Yours looks extremely uniform, so I am assuming now.

I just booked my flights and will be giving myself an extra day, in Cleveland, just to let things settle. Didn't want to have it done and then shove myself right onto a plane.

It very uniform and natural looking. Even the pros can't tell . No nodules

@truckerguy , just another question for you. I am scheduled to have 15 CCs on my first visit - what kind of girth gains do you think that I should expect from that. I know it varies for everyone, but just wonder what I should probably expect. Like I noted, my erect girth is pretty hefty, so I am just wondering what I may end up with. Kristina also noted that Dr. Rupeka will not overinject, which is good, but I do want to be pretty big.

For retraction, see if he will include a phallox shot. Basically, Botox shot to your shaft. Also, wear your Dick weight 24/7. Avanti gives you a weighted ball on a noose. Not sure what Rupeka provides, if anything.

No idea on what your gains will be. Everyone is different. At 7” long already and only 15cc, I wouldn’t think your gains would settle much more than .25”-.5”. But again, everyone is different and you could get more. I’m 6.5” long and grew .75” in Girth. But I also got 20+ cc.

Can someone provide some website links to a few good options for weighted ball and noose or hangers to use post procedure?

I use a noose style Zen Hanger just above my knee. It works pretty well. From what I have researched you want to make sure your unit is always stretched down while you heal. The position that your unit hangs while standing is the position you want it in while healing. The noose hanger from Zen (just Google Zen Hanger) can keep it in that position even while laying down; it'll keep your unit pointed towards your feet. Which is what you want. A few tips I have picked up here are: 1. The first 12hrs after the procedure are critical to shaping as the PMMA becomes less pliable after that. 2. Using some type of vibrator to message your penis while you're healing helps. 3. Taking 2 grams of Vitamin C along with a collagen supplement daily helps with collagen production. I started 1 month out, but as soon as you can get those supplements rolling it may help with gains. 4. Arnica Gel can help with bruising. I'm going in for round 1 at Avanti at the end of March. And I still haven't told my wife. Stay strong and good luck!
