I agree about waiting out the 6 weeks and I wasn't endorsing the lidocaine theory, was suggesting it was plausible.
I would also challenge your assertion that this is "still not a treatment adopted or approved by the majority of doctors" -- that's because the majority of doctors aren't even aware of the decade long advancements made in penile enlargement via dermal fillers, let alone that the procedure exists. I've had people tell me that their primary care physician would have no idea what they were talking about during physicals when bringing up their enhancements, and I've heard this anecdote quite frequently over the years. And also let's not forget, the majority of doctors ARE familiar with the use of dermal fillers in general, which have been approved and widely used in other parts of the body with relative success.
This isn't in the experimental stage any longer, this stuff works. What must be stressed is that all cosmetic procedures are elective and aren't without risks. As a matter of fact, breast & butt jobs on women are performed casually nowadays & widely approved, and they still face plenty of risk & complication (possibly more so than penis enlargement via dermal fillers).
That's what we need to remember.
Keep us posted, I'm confident this issue will resolve itself -OR- be resolved through AD in due time. Good luck!

So it looks like it’s been about 2 weeks since you had your procedure, correct? I just want to reiterate that things WILL still be changing up until 5 or 6 weeks. I started developing hard nodes during my 2nd and 3rd weeks in the circ scar region, and then they started softening and completely disappeared by week 5.
I know everyone’s body reacts differently, so I’m not trying to be dismissive of your concerns, rather just try to share my own experience, which so far, seems to be very similar to yours at the 2 week mark. Keep us updated.

Did your penile skin (shaft) feel saggy/rubbery texture? I’m kinda noticing when it’s stretched. The PMMA stretched my flacid to close to 90% max

Re: Girthyplease Avanti Derma
3 years 11 months ago #1308708563It has been a bit of a rollercoaster, frankly. The imperfections became more evident as the filler settled in. I am attaching pictures so you could see the indention on the right side near the gland, the blister looking circ sac and more prominently the visibly large and hard Nodule on the right side of the shaft. I am not sure if these will disappear in time, but my girlfriend can tell the difference on the Nodule when she touches and plays with it. The Girth has made a big difference in our sex life though, undeniably. Even before, I had not issues getting her to climax but she feels it a lot more now.
The swelling has gone down a lot...Even though it felt great to have the bulge that the swell provided, it was too thick for the limited length that I had, and I felt my true Erection wasn't as hard, the filler hardness made up for it. Now it looks smaller but it functions more normally.
The Girth gains in soft and hard state are still intact at 5 and 5.5 Inch.
The lump on the base has also subsided and I realized that it is largerly responsible for projecting the penis forward and creating more bulk when seen from in front of it.
What I liked the most about the results is the fact that the penis does not retract to where it used to, it is almost always extended in its Flaccid state, and that is a game changer for some of us.
I am waiting two more weeks to follow up but I feel I will need a second trip to try to correct these imperfections and enhance my glands to match the new Girth better.

So the lump at your base subsided? I’m one week out and have the exact same thing. Did you continue to massage and hang? Did you include any new tactics to help it subside?

Re: Girthyplease Avanti Derma
3 years 11 months ago #1308708624I am at 5 weeks now. Besides the uglier looking penis, due to the circ sac uneveness and the two hard lumps I inherited from the filler, one is very large and visible to the eye and more importantly hard to the touch. My penis now looks substantially smaller than in the first few weeks. I am giving it another week to be fair to the 6 weeks time frame and as this changes drastically on a week to week basis.
One other aspect that no one has commented on and I have felt it very much, is weaker erections...If I am hard, and stop stimulating it for a brief moment, it deflates like a ballon...Pretty noticeable. I can't say for sure this has to do with the procedure but my only way to measure it is how it used to be prior, and it wasn't like that. I also notice as seen on the shots attached, my gland doesn't get as much blood supply as it once did.
For the amount of money it cost, I am debating whether it was worthwhile or not. I am at 50/50 at this point given all that I have experienced so far and continue to experience.
More to report by next week. Here are some shots from last night. The third shot down was how it was originally erected, and the gland filled 100% as opposed to 70% post procedure...

I would disagree with the "naturalness," to us it might be more obvious because we know he had work done, but I have a similar gap and have never had it questioned, much less scrutinized.
Also, that gap you are talking about is highly stubborn when taking filler product, which is why talk of "circumcision type" seems to have a correlation with aesthetics.
