It seems to have settled in now. There’s no discomfort and minimal swelling after sex. The shape ended up expanding slightly unevenly on the right underside of circ scar. If I could get another 10 I would but I’m no longer in the United states. My plan now will be to wait a while. If I go back for visits I may schedule more. But I also am thinking of just waiting for it to dissolve and going PMMA next time. I’m perfectly comfortable with this size. It doesn’t even look that big to me tbh. I’m already used to it.

I had lost length after the first few. I feel it coming back slowly. I’ve done lots of PE stretches over the years. It’s a little sad to lose some length. But I am confident I’ll get it back. I had set my goal on getting to 7.75” in length but now I’m just looking to get to 7.25” again. Currently BPEL is 7 and BPEG is 6.75. Another nice thing is that veins are starting to show again giving it a more natural look.






Personal update, my fiancé broke it off with me citing the injections as one of the reasons. We have been on-again off-again for years so I’m not exactly devastated. One thing we can observe here is how many women think in such a negative way about men. She had talked about getting her own plastic surgery in the past. But I don’t think I’ll be revealing that I had this done to people. Not because I’m embarrassed, I’m not, but because of the way people could judge you for it. It’s pretty sad!

On the other hand, your results look really good! In fact, so good that I'm now considering HA as a serious option (I was previously split between PMMA and Ellanse).
The main concern I have is the softness of the HA. Do you feel like your penis is particularly squishy or soft when Erect? How does the texture compare to pre-procedure? I'm also curious why you're considering the PMMA route in the future.

Hey man sorry to hear about your ex fiance. Your posts encouraged me to visit Shafer, twice - so there's that!

One thing I have noticed about women is they will get upset about most anything that brings a man joy if it doesn't align with their own priorities. Not all of them are like this of course. But, having been married, divorced, and dating I have noticed quite a lot of women disapproving of the simple inoffensive joys that men like to treat themselves to.

Yes I’ve used a stretcher before. I find it helpful. Small length gains and good EQ improvement.

Something I wanted to mention about stretchers: you have to use them properly to create tension. There is a spring which creates a little bit of tension. But this is just to help you load the noose or other head attachment. Once you load it and are stretched you need to wind the bottom spinners. You can stretch up to an Inch or so extra further than your penis normally would go. This is what creates the gains.

Also, if I'm not mistaken you've had 30ml at this point for a gain of over an Inch! That's one of the biggest HA gains I know of with that volume.

Which stretcher is that?

I don’t know the brands of stretcher I use. I bought an expensive one online like ten years ago. One of the gears got stuck so I went on wish and bought a knock off. Honestly it’s just as good if not better and like 1/10th the cost.

Thought I’d post a before after Erect pic. Tried to match the angle as best I could. The before is 2015 after doing a little PE already.

No that’s not quite right. You must be referring to my signature. I didn’t get all the gains from HA. I used to list out my whole progress but it was poorly formatted and a little bit of a guesstimate. So I cut it to just starting and ending. Just prior to HA I was about 5.75” Girth. I’d say I gained just under 1”. I will be targeting 7.25-7.5 for PMMA.
