Normal appointment. I absolutely do not want anything ever in my glans. For starters I already have a “mushroom head” and secondly I can’t imagine anything that would disperse properly.

These are my before pics. Was having a little bit of Erection quality issues. I’m just a tad over 7” long and 5.25” around when hard. I’m a little over 6”long soft and about 4.6” around (shower not a Grower).

Here was my experience. Dr Schafer’s office is gorgeous. It’s everything you’d expect a high end clinic to be. You could film a movie there for the purpose of depicting a plastic surgery office. Beautiful furnishings, lamps everything coordinated and a great view of the city from high up on 5th Avenue.

The staff was polite though professionally disinterested. There was one other patient in the waiting room filling out forms with what I assume was her wingman.

After filling out basic forms i was quickly ushered into a corner room which was very private. I met Dr Schafer and he was very kind and conversational. Asked appropriate medical questions, explained the procedure and pricing. And within about ten minutes I was on the medical table in a gown. He numbed me very effectively. First with cream then injections. I didn’t feel a single pinch from the numbing injections. I did feel some some psychological discomfort from being close to the window (like vertigo) and he closed the blinds then replaced his gloves and returned to work. I also felt some discomfort from the cannula but no pain, though I said “ouch” out loud once it was really precautionary. Overall the most stressful thing was the sensation of having the penis numbed itself. It’s a very strange feeling and I think in a way is painful to feel that you, sensation wise, don’t have a connection to your penis. Very odd. He showed me the results which looked nice (though I’m pretty sure I want a bit more). He used ten syringes. He wrapped me up and I paid and went on my way. Astonishingly easy.

Taking a look at the distribution I am fairly certain I’ll need quite a bit more. I wrapped it back up as I’m still bleeding but I’d like to see a lot more near the head of my penis. Will post pictures tonight or tomorrow. I’m ecstatic though and can’t wait to see the results healed up.

A bit uneven. Only a few hours out. Very minimal bruising. Aesthetics are quite good. But I see those gaps on each end. Will need that fixed

What was your aftercare protocol that they gave you? Are you supposed to keep it extended? Massage? Heat?

The gaps under the glans through the Circumcision line is a very challenging area to fill, regardless of filler or physician. Depending on the nature of one's Circumcision, some amount of gap may be inevitable; best way to alleviate this aesthetically is to create a taper from the base, getting narrower toward the glans.

That said, looks great!

Here’s 100% soft and you can see the issues

Some is swelling but the distribution is mostly toward the middle. A second round or so will help even this out I’m sure. I’ve seen this pattern in many guys with injections. First round looks a bit odd and after a few more it’s perfect. Can’t wait. !!! I love my Dick
