TOPIC: Round 2 update after almost 3 weeks of healing - PMMA (Photos Inside)

Update after 6 weeks post procedure at Avanti Derma - 09 January 2020

Here's my over-6 weeks post round 2 update. Measurements have stabilized as follows:

Erected mid-shaft girth: 13.8cm/ 5.43 inches
Erected base girth: 15.8cm/ 6.22 inches
Erected length: 12.5cm/ 4.92inches

Being in Asia, I have to buy XL condoms here, even then, they're pretty tight at the base for me, couldn't be happier.

Just for visuals, I tried putting an empty toilet roll and couldn't even get it past mid-shaft.

Greetings all in Phalloboards 3.0

The timing of this migration to Phalloboards came just almost 3 weeks after my round 2 from Avanti Derma on November 19, 2019. Happy to document my case further in this community for future reference.

For round 2, I was less anxious this time, knowing what to expect. As always, the customer service in AD was really good, Diana and Ian were really attentive, Dr Morales was as friendly and assuring as always, hence I was feeling very relaxed as I knew that I was in very good hands of this team.

Now to the meat, I went for the Utmost package which included:
i) PMMA
ii) PRP
iii) Phallotox & Scrotox
iv) Glans crown HA (was told this was to help the glans width gradually expand until new girth - correct me if I'm wrong here)

Stats as follows:

Pre-PMMA Starting stats:
Flaccid mid-shaft girth: 9.6cm/ 3.77 inches
Flaccid length: 6.5cm/ 2.56 inches

Erected mid-shaft girth: 11.6cm/ 4.56 inches
Erected base girth: 12.6cm/ 4.96 inches
Erected length: 12.5cm/ 4.92inches

Post round 1 on Feb 11, 2019:
Flaccid mid-shaft girth: 10.7cm/ 4.21 inches
Flaccid length: 6.5cm/ 2.56 inches

Erected mid-shaft girth: 12.7cm/ 5.00 inches
Erected base girth: 13.8cm/ 5.43 inches
Erected length: 12.5cm/ 4.92inches

Post round 2 on Nov 19, 2019:
Flaccid mid-shaft girth: 11.8cm/ 4.64 inches
Flaccid length: 6.5cm/ 2.56 inches

Erected mid-shaft girth: 14.0cm/ 5.51 inches
Erected base girth: 16.0cm/ 6.30 inches
Erected length: 12.5cm/ 4.92inches

Almost 3 weeks and the above-stated measurements have stabilised since 1.5 weeks after the procedure when swelling totally subsided.

The main difference between round 1 and 2 was that in round 2, Dr Morales used mainly 30% instead of mainly 10% from my first round. Also mainly because I told Dr Morales that I want to go for max size this time. Also, previously from round 1 in Feb 2019, I achieved really consistent girth, which was very aesthetic.

thanks Javlon19. That weight-stretcher was prescribed by Avanti Derma, for Hanging several hours a day for 6 weeks.

Speaking of which, I'll be posting my 6th week progress mark next week when I'm back from holidays.

. How is it for long periods of time? I e tried similar. It haven’t seen that particular one. Do you know it’s weight?

I just weighed it and it weighs 174grams.

I stretch 2 hours 3 times a day, morning, afternoon and night. Been instructed to hang it for 6 weeks to prevent retraction while collagen is growing.

In comparison with the previous stretcher prescribed by AD, this weigh stretcher is much more comfortable and allows longer periods of stretching without discomfort.

the weight stretcher is it something they provide or we have to find and buy somewhere

@JayLQue - Yes, the stretcher is prescribed by Avanti Derma as part of the Utmost package, so I didn't have to get it somewhere else.

Also, useful tip for other people like me who fly over to San Diego and get to Tijuana, Mexico: this weight stretcher can pass airport security in hand-carry bags

It looks good! How many CC were used in each of your sessions?

For round 1, if I remember correctly, it was 12cc 10% & 3cc 30%. For round 2, it was 12cc 30% & 3cc 10%
