TOPIC: Clinics in Europe?

New here. Just wanted to ask if anyone knows of a legitimate clinic in Europe that performs filler injections for Girth.

Also, it seems like PMMA is the favourite filler method at the moment. Is PMMA the way to go or is there something new luring on the horizon?
