TOPIC: PMMA with Dr. Morales 11/22/18 Progress and Data

This site has been very influential and educational. I decided to contribute to further the information and experiences for future patients.

Arrived in TJ on 11/22/18I Live in Palm Springs, CA. Its 2 hours from San Diego. Drove the morning of the 22nd and I parked at Wally Park, an offsite airport parking lot. Avanti Derma sends a driver to pick you up. This is scheduled in advance and paid for in cash when you go to your first appt. $140 cash (return), paid to the clinic. The drive is quick with no border wait going in. Maybe 30 mins. I checked into the hotel first as I was still 1.5hr from my 2pm appt. The hotel is top notch. Big, clean, and professional. Room rate was fair at $84 per night ' this was a special Avanti Derma guest rate. Pic of room and view from 24th floor.

Next onto the appt, they want you 40 mins early to fill out paperwork, pay, and consult with the doc on your goals and concerns. The clinic is on the 11th floor of the next tower over. Both the hotel tower and Medical tower are connected internally. No need to go outside. Door to door is about 5 mins walk.The office is what you'd expect from a cosmetic medical clinic. Nice decorative appointments, clean and white, and a good size with several treatment rooms.Dr. Morales was my physician. She's has studied under Dr. C and I had no reservation about her doing the procedure.I purchased the Utmost package with included lots of extras.PRP for faster healing, corona glans enhancement, IPL and infrared post treatment therapies, scrotox (it works)The procedure it done under local anesthesia, very well numbed and painless. The procedure took about 1.5 hrs. You are laid back in a medical recliner but you can observe it you like.Pics immediately after procedure, no swelling yet.

The swelling does show up fast and it does make it a bit difficult to distinguish between product and swelling. Dr, Morales's placement was very good and needed minimal manipulation of the PMMA.

I was having some anxiety that they made it too big. I need to considerate of my GF and do not want to make oral sex unpleasant for her. Ian assured me that it would come down about 30%.

I spent a total of 3 days and two nights in TJ. The IPL was same day post procedure a few hours later. Supposed to help with healing. I worked that night on the PMMA placement but it needed very little manipulation. I probably woke up once the first night to check on it.


The area around the hotel has lots of common restaurant chains and a Smart and Final grocery store all within a short walking distance.


Day 2 included the infrared therapy for 15 mins and because Ian wasn't too busy, I saw him 4 times that day to check and manipulate the PMMA (minimally).

I walked around the area that day to time. I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. About a 15 min walk. Very safe and well serviced.

Day 3 was a quick morning infrared and a visit to Ian for one final check up.

The driver picked me up at the clinic along with the medical tourist pass that you'll need to get through the border faster. There is a special line for medical tourists. The wait was minimal, maybe 15mins.

I arrived back at the Wally Park 20 mins later and picked up my car. Back to Palm Springs.

Is Dr.Morale's better or Dr. C ?

Did you get LS or MC?? And how many CC's?? I've been a lurker for years. I'm about ready to take the fight. It's just the fear of losing EQ that's holding me back. Does it still feel the way women like it?? Hard and stiff. Or is it kinda soft??

Thanks everyone. I purchased the Utmost package when the sale was on for $4000. That also included the corona enhancement among the other mentioned add ons.

They used the LS filler and the volume used was 15cc 30% and 9cc 10% for a total of 24cc. You pay for up to 20cc but they will go over a bit if you need it.

I did examine Dr. M's work in advance, and found her comparable to Dr. C. She's been doing this procedure according to her own words for over 10 yrs. Also, I steered myself into having her do it as the package sale only applied to her.

It seems this package is a good deal. I plan to do it by june'19.

What about retraction? Did you have it before? If yes, how is it now?

As for sexual interactions, Just started a day ago as they say you have to wait a week. The Erection quality is unchanged but you can still feel some superficial carrier present. This gives a slight edematous feeling under the skin. I was worried about the possibility of making sex uncomfortable for my GF. Her look of overwhelming and extreme pleasure dispelled that concern.

As for retraction, I don't usually retract too much but I did start to use the ESL 40 stretcher the second day as recommended. I felt it was too early as it would manipulate the PMMA even though the cup only contacted the glans. After about day 4, I am now wearing the stretcher 4-6 hours per day. No issues with the PMMA distorting.

Good results but wait, how did you get across the border with it being shut down and all of the madness going on?

I came back on Saturday the 24th. Sunday is when they shut it down for 1/2 the day. Besides that, I did not see any unusual border activity or increased wait times when I went back over. The Medical Tourist line is so much faster.
