Today 11-27-18

3 pounds
For 20 minutes in the male Hanger.
It's been a couple months so I'm starting light and working my way up to heavy weight to slowly and cautiously condition back to Hanging.
I can feel the base yielding to the male Hanger device and weight.

Immediately after taking off the malehanger I slightly aroused hmy unit to get the blooding flowing to the muscle and tissu
Then put on my ESL 40 and will be wearing it 8-12 hours today.

I plan to do another Hanging session tonight same as the first. Plan to hang about 6 days out of the week starting back out with two sessions per day.

I'm BPEL 6.25 by 4.75 Girth goal is BPEL 8.75 by 7 Girth.
I don't have any starting pics to post I'm a little conscious on posting penis pics lol
