OK - so I am way behind....Yep know about Teosyal Ultra Deep. Tried it and did not like it (sorry if this is too late). It is made for placing down against the bone and is quite hard. It did not workout so well.
Currently am trialling Ultimate - which seems very similar to Voluma.
Ok thanks for the reply and you are just in time ! Going in tomorrow so will continue using Juverderm voluma as i'm happy with it ( though needs to be slightly harder) .

It is a pain to get smooth vs voluma and wants to clump together so needs weeks of massage.
Then after about 1-2 months it feels realistic. I have sections of Ultra deep that feel hard surrounded by sections of voluma that feel a little less firm.
Without having had voluma and being familiar with molding I would not have managed to get ultra deep right.
So has it worked out for you ?
Would you recommend Ultra as its firmer ?

I've been reading as much as I can on HA and I don't remember anyone saying that. Hoodie dissolved his but he thinks that was because he skin was too loose.
As far as i know at least with Macrolane there were lumps/granulomas issues. Macrolane molecules are bigger and this could be the reason. Many doctors choose their HA to aovoid this.

Ultra Deep feels like you have a plastic implant for one month, it is painful because it presses into the penis meaning constantly adjusting your hang, and then it is better than voluma because it is harder.
Thanks Mattmoan,
The increased firmness was what we were looking for. Maybe we should have kept trying it but 1 poor experience was enough for us to stop. We are now using Ultimate - which they say has a higher cross-linking % than UD. Not sure why it is not harder then.

I can see this is going to get confusing.

I'm trying to decide on Ultra Deep or Voluma at Androfill. Can you please elaborate on your 1 bad experience? Was it nodules, unevenness?
Thanks for your time.

Hi LL,
With UltraDeep just got too much irregularity - which is generally not that big an issue. I am now using Teosyal Ultimate a lot. Voluma is great too - just make sure they use the right stuff with you.

I looked around and can't find anyone other than Dr. Oats who uses Ellanse? I'm in the US, any suggestions? Dr. C no longer offers it.
