hey guys

I`m planning to get 15ml of 10% for my first round. (ok?)

1. However I'm 8 Inch BPEL and 6.3 Inch Girth base and 5.5 behind glans.
The problem is Im not uncut AND soft my penis is much smaller I fear lumps or very uneven distribution of the PMMA.
I really cant imagine how the PMMA should distribute over the whole shaft as the penis is Flaccid much more smaller than Erect. Maybe we have some comment on here.

2. I really love manual PE like Hanging,...I dont believe I want/can reduce that but I still fear the
danger of inflamation and cancer. But I believe its not more isky than HA on the longterm as the immune system is always fighting against HA/PMMA.
Maybe Dr. Oates or someone else can say more about this.
I have the feeling like this is the main point now against it...nodules,...are a less smaller problem

Being a Grower is a bastard.
There's no way around it as far as i'm aware, you'll never get enough to evenly distribute over the shaft.

I ended up with 10mls of 30% which only covered the upper 25% of the shaft.

This is the best advice you will get all day - you are already 8x6 basically with a really good looking Dick. I have seen guys that are 8x6 with ugly dicks and I'll take a good looking one any day - don't fuck with what you have. Anything you do is not just going to make it bigger, it will also make it different, feel different, assume there will be irregularities and things you wish you did not have. If you turtle a lot it will look odd - there is no way around that, the PMMA has to bunch up and go somewhere so it compresses and will dwarf your glans. I am not sure if Dr. N has a better result with uncircumcised guys but generally, that makes it even harder to get a good result as well.
Just assume you will have an odd looking Flaccid from what you have now, it will be slightly less symmetrical Erect from what you have now, and you might have a Nodule or 2 or even 3. If you are OK with that then move ahead but really think about it first, and really absorb that you will be on that list in some way when it comes to irregularities. I would really try HA first so you can see if you really care that much about the Girth once you can see what it will look like Flaccid and how it will interact with your Foreskin. You may end up dissolving it and decide that you tried that and move on - or maybe you will be really happy.

With your Girth I wouldn't do anything. But yeah it's ultimately your call and I understand if you do it.

Let me tell you something:

I'm about same length as you are and I've done one round. I'm planning to do 1 or 2 rounds more and I'm going to stop when I reach middle-Girth of 5.5-5.75". My base is 5.5" which it has been several years.

My starting Girth (middle) was 4.7" and now after one round of PMMA (15cc @ 10%) it's ~5.1.

So basicly your stats now are even bigger than my end goal. 99% of people will consider your penis very big and I'm sure you've been told its big and very thick. Right?

There is nothing "wrong" to have more of the good thing but before you decide anything you have to understand this: your Dick is going to feel atleast a bit different after PMMA, there may be and most certainly will be at least some imperfections. Nothing drastical if you don't over do it.

I knew myself that the result won't be 100% perfect and I'm fine with it. Some guys freak out about minor aesthetic issues and are devastated after the operation. You need to know what are you diving in to. I felt my whole life that I needed more size to be able to accept myself so the plausible and possible (minor) imperfections are not a problem for me.

If you understand this and you're more after size than absolute looks and maybe evel feels then you're good to go. Tho you still don't need it

I really think doing anything to that penis is a terrible idea. It's supposed to be penis "enhancement". I'm not sure you can really enhance a penis that size by enlarging it.

If you have to do something, only consider HA in my opinion.

After reading the stats of many guys here, it's more like showing off! We'll see this later because I don't think he's going to do anything ...

Have you considered having your bumhole bleached pink? I mean, that might sound kind of stupid but I honestly think having a nice pink bumhole would make you more appealing to women that putting anything in that already perfect penis.

PH, unless you want to fuck horses, you should listen to the advice of everyone else and not touch it. You're already well above the average human penis size, so adding to your size will only reduce the amount of potential partners you can have, not increase. It's entirely counterproductive.

PH no one is trying to disrespect you, just leave what you have alone, chances are far greater that you will regret it than be happy you did it. 8x6 is most people's goal, and even then sort of unattainable.

I sgree with everyone you should just leave it alone you have the Dick i am dreaming of ..but if you want to do something i would recomend elist implant that will be one big Dick less we have to compete with ( don't..)

Would also agree with most comments. I was in a similar position to you and got the same advice but did not listen and got 15cc of 30%. Although it has only been 4 months and probably a bit early to draw a final conclusion I do not think I would do it again. It does not feel natural and also I got a small lump when Erect due to being uncut. It was not really worth the 0.3 Inch in Girth I gained to have my Dick feel different.

Guys who are above average like you should not get this done. Also as you are uncut and a Grower so you are more at risk of lumps. However 2 of the mods Brice and Miracle both started above average and are happy with their descion but both of those guys were cut showers so did not have the same risks that you will have. If you do go ahead with it go with 10%.

I would never tell someone that they should or need to get any enhancement/enlargement procedure. You certainly don't need to do anything. It is a personal decision, though. Like Southdub said, one thing that I had working in my favor was that I am not a Grower. Being a Grower does add to the possibility of lumps. Also, being uncut, you have to really limit the amount of PMMA you receive.

You really have to weigh the risks with the reward.
