This after two days of DMSO. You can see it's a little red, but seems to be less bumpy now...has softened up.

Are you going to continue application or stop?

It would be interesting if it softens up permanently or would require constant DMSOing for it to remain soft.

Can some one explain how DMSO can dissolve the PMMA plastic beads? if so, what happens to the "dissolved" plastic? it sounds unsafe long term but I can see it is working for some people. Maybe DMSO dissolve the collagen around the beads?

Well, I hope it dissolves some of the harder stuff along the side, and it seems like it's already starting to work. I'll probably just use it until I finish the 4oz jar, and then stop to see if it hardens again or remains tolerable.

I'm still a little confused how DMSO works. If I were to slather it along my shaft after everything's healed, could it potentially dissolve some of my gains as well?

Wow, we have almost the same looking penis. Your glans are bigger so I think it makes yours look better. But I have the same ridiculous hotdog bun look. We both had too much PMMA injected, that's where we went wrong. I hope other see this and make the wise choice to have only one or two procedures.

DMSO can dissolve certain plastics, PMMA included and it can break down collagen also.

I suspect the DMSO will cause the PMMA to loose it's spherical shape. Dump some acetone on a bunch of polystyrene beads and you get the idea. What happens next I can't speculate. Maybe the PMMA becomes fine enough for the microphages to eliminate or it becomes an irregular mass.

I ordered a jar and I'm going to use it sparingly and applying it on the hard areas with a Q tip.

Still, the body will attack any foreign matter and forms collagen/scar tissue...still need some medical explanation...

But each to his own though. We all want it natural looking, but in a quest for size especially if you are small in the beginning, your PMMA Dick will never truly look natural.

I agree that there's too much PMMA in there for the length. If my Dick didn't retract so much, and was always extended like when I pull it out, it would look perfect. So yes, to all you growers and retractors out there, stop after the first or second round and wait a year or two before deciding to do more. Otherwise, you will have a pig in the blanket Dick like us.

During your healing/growth period, you need to have your unit extended for as long periods as possible. At least 2 weeks, but preferably 3. Also, don't wear pouch type underwear, use loose boxers or go commando.

I used the ESL40 which kept it extended all day, and I even used it at night which is frowned upon. It helped a little (pun intended), but retraction goes further than that. It's a musculo/neuro reflex maybe even psychological in my case. Unless that muscle gets paralyzed after PMMA (with botox), it will retract even after using extenders while healing. Its a genetic thing I believe.

Do you take alpha blockers and Cialis post procedure?
