My Research and Experiences:
Hello all. I've been reading here on and off for about one year and finally became a member in September 2015. I've done plenty of manual PE over the last few years, which includes Jelqing, manual stretching, the andropenis extender, and pumping. All of these methods haven't yielded significant gains, probably perhaps only 1/8 of an Inch, maybe less. Overall, I've researched high and low to see what was the best way to increase Girth. I began focusing on Girth because I learned over the course of my life that Girth rocks the ship better than length.
I've visited Drs. and have had at least 2 consultations without finding the right procedure for me. When I found this site about a year ago, I would read up on PMMA occasionally, and wanted to make sure it was right for me. I know from the consultations I've had with the Drs. I've spoken to that FFT was the least risky of all procedures available. However, I found FFT inferior since the results may or may not stick. To begin with, I don't have much fat to give as I'm 6'0 and only 160 pounds.
From my research, I knew early on that I was intrigued with the non-invasive procedure of cannula-type filler injection over that of the more surgically based invasive procedures available such as ligament severing, or grafting with either Belladerm or dermal fat grafts, or PLGA scaffolding. I didn't want to expose my penis to degloving, as would be the case with the Belladerm or scaffolding. Overall, I believe that PMMA, even though it's still in its infancy, is the procedure most probable of providing lasting results with the least amount of risk. I also ruled out Dr. Loria in Florida since I just couldn't get over the mysteries in his mixing of Silikon 1000. I just found Dr. Loria's methodology too risky to expose myself to.

About Me:
I'm in my 40s and have been married for over 10 years. I've had a vasectomy and we don't plan on having any more children. So, as far as perfection or aesthetics are concerned, I know that's not as important to me or my wife as is actual noticeable gains. About 2 years back, I bought my wife a pretty sizable dildo (8 x 7, like the well know forum member's unit) and she can handle it, and loves it. I'm not aspiring for the same size, but would like something very close to this size.

Starting Stats: Currently, I believe I'm at 7.75 inches NPEL, and about 5.25 Inch in EG.
My Goals: I've read so much to know that we all must have "realistic" goals. I hope mine are realistic, but I'm sure some might pipe in on this topic. Nevertheless, here are my goals: REMAIN 7.75 inches NBPEL (I don't want to lose any as I know can occur with PMMA); 6.0 BGEG; 6.75 MSEG; and 6.75 BEG.

I know that in order to arrive at my goals, I'm asking to gain mostly 1.5 throughout. I know, that might not be possible, so perhaps I should resolve to gain at least 1 Inch throughout, giving me at least 6.25 inches around most of the shaft.

I plan on posting starting pre-procedure pics. I'm not very handy with a camera and measuring tape, so I might fumble things quite a bit.

I've already scheduled my 1st Round with Dr. Casavantes for November 24th. Given my goals, I will be asking for 30% rather than anything else.

I'll be posting from time to time, but not religiously. For this, I apologize ahead of time.

Dude you are above average Girth and length, how much did you gain in Girth from Jelqing and how much time it took you to see first gains? Also what is your Flaccid Girth ?

New211, I know my stats place me above average, however, my decision to increase Girth is based on what my wife likes, plus, I wouldn't mind the extra heft as well. Many other members before me have been on the same boat as far as being above average, but have nonetheless opted to increase Girth via PMMA.

As for Girth gains from Jelqing, I really can't say I gained much Girth on my shaft from Jelqing. I've been Jelqing on and off for about 10 years, but once I'm "on", I routinely do about 15 minutes sessions one day on, one day off, for 3 months at a time. I did actually notice gains to the glans, but not to the shaft. Sorry I can't say how much I gained on the glans as I couldn't really measure it correctly, but from averages, I'd say about 1/8th of an Inch gain on the glans.

As for my Flaccid Girth, I am at about 4.5 inches FG pretty consistently throughout the shaft.

I would do 2 rounds of 10% and spread it out over as much time as possible.

Be careful about adding too much Girth. Some women's eyes are bigger than their vaginas.

Most guys are not naturally 6" Girth. She probably had some 5.5" guy but she thinks he was 7". I'm just saying.

I understand about the Girth thing. Good luck and just go for it. From what I've read here, as have you, you and your wife won't regret it and it's what you both want. I'm just wondering how you got your appointment when I've been waiting for a reply to my inquiry since last week.
Do you recommend I call? Did you establish contact by just emailing their clinic?

Buttercups, I appreciate the advice. However, if you'd read my first post, the reason for my goals are really just based on measurements I've seen with my own eyes, i.e., the dildo I bought her that she likes and can take. Much like Miracle 8x7, my wife has had kids, and I believe that may be why she can handle the extra Girth. Also, I've used a pump and got up to about 6.5 and she took it like a champ.

AstroD, thanks for the encouragement. I had actually booked about 2 weeks ago and the only slots left were very limited, so I opted for November 24th. I just hope I'm not running late due to the holidays (Thanksgiving). I recommend that you call and email. It's best to make sure that you ensure that you're heard. I bet Dr. C is very busy since I understand he will be traveling from November 12th through the 24th.

Astro- call them. It's easier. They will send you the paypal deposit form and then you'll be set. There are 1000 guys who probably inundate them with PMMA requests. They only really can separate the serious ones if they call and put down the deposit.

Restoration, thanks for the advise. I just called them and a sexy voiced vixen named Diana answered. She is sending me the deposit form and holding the appointment slot for me. It was that easy! Now I hope the surgery is as easy.
She mentioned that 95% of patients stay at the hotel within walking distance to their office. She will be sending me info on that too.

AstroD, when are you scheduled for?

My appointment is on Thursday January 14, 2016.

I arrive the night before on Wednesday the 13th and leave on Saturday the 16th. They recommended I stay until the day after surgery, so I didn't want to rush to my flight so I made it for Saturday instead, just in case of any unforeseen circumstances on Friday.

I'm stretching with the ESL40 but I'll stop it about a week before so it won't be sore or have any blisters. Not sure if I'm getting any length, but even a millimeter is more than before. I actually hiked around a lake today with it on. I could feel the tugging on the lig. I hope it does something.

Are you still scheduled for 11/24? It would be cool to hang out with someone from here on my weekend. By the way, you also advised me to call which I did and it's better than waiting for emails returned and such. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

AstroD, I'm glad the phone call worked, and glad to see you've taken the plunge. Sorry we can't hang out since I am still scheduled for 11/24. Nevertheless, I'll be updating soon with before and after pics. I hope my pre and post procedure updates serve the same purpose as others before me have done--to keep others informed of what to expect, to measure risks, and to give general information on PMMA. I'm less than a week till round 1. I've been getting a bit nervous, but have kept a positive outlook by reading the most recent members to have reported their experiences. I've taken a few pre-procedure pics to document my starting stats. I still need my wife to help me with this part since I can't get a fully Erect picture with the measuring tape in place. That's nearly impossible. I'll post pics by week's end. Until then, wish me luck.
