TOPIC: I am thinking about getting PMMA

I have had multiple surges over the past years. The most recent was in 2012. I had a Belladerm implant. I am currently 7.5" in length and my Girth is 7.75 at the base, 7 mid shaft and 6.5 at the end. I am planning to see Dr. C in the near future. I know that there isn't much I can do to increase length, but I would like to shoot for as close to a consistent 8" Girth from base to gland. I would appreciate any feedback on my goal. Is it a goal that I can reach with PMMA?

It's not worth the risk. You are already huge. The risk is ever greater for you as you already have Belladerm, which could get infected during the procedure.

Besides, 8 is just a number in your head. I guarantee you no partner of yours will know if you're 0.25" shy of an 8" Girth, and quite frankly, you are going to have trouble finding any female OR male partner tolerate such a thing readily. But if you are in it strictly for vanity, you are risking both infection & aesthetics of a penis that probably occurs 1 in a million.

Actually, it's quite apparent you have an unhealthy obsession with penis size if your size is a consequence of multiple risky surgeries. Just stop.

I really don't see the point. You are already larger than my wrist, which doesn't fit in any hole - man or woman. I'm sure it's impressive visually but it can't be that fun sexually. Is it? I am curious - actually.

I know there's guys out there who just want to keep adding and adding at all costs, but I am not sure what your goal is. It seems like you're just focusing too much attention on this.

If you're really asking for other people's opinions, you already got them & everyone said it isn't worth it 2 years ago. Fortunately - it turned out okay... because you were huge (7x6) before that & it could've had complications from a surgery that was really unnecessary. You are nowhere near "small" or even average anymore. You're in the top 1% of penises.

I'm not sure Dr. C would make someone 8" thick... he seems liberal with requests, but this is pushing it - especially on top of belladerm. You'd need a ton of PMMA to cover a penis that size (with increased risk of lumps - i would think) - and nothing is really guaranteed.

Thanks you for your responses. I know my goal is hard for some people to understand. I will take your opinions into consideration. I have been on a journey to reach a certain goal and put a lot of though into each decision I make. I don't think I have an obsession with my penis. I approach all things with a passion. I work out 5-7 days a week in order to achieve an overall goal I have for myself.

With respect to sexual partners, I know my size is an issue but it is something that my partner deals with. For me, sex has a lot to do with the way I fell about myself. If I am unsettled with myself, then I can't give my best to another person. I have spoken with a medical professional on the issue.

I will continue to think about the procedure. I have read most of the post on your forum and have read that there are people who have had PMMA with implants. In my opinion your goals aren't really relevant when I offer advise. Yes, many might have an opinion, but ultimately the size you want to be is no one else's business and if you want an 8" Girth then and are aware of the possible consequences it can have on your sex life, then so be it. If that is what you want and you feel it will make you happy then all power to you. What you need to remember is the reason you are being told not to do it, isn't because most of us would see 8" as way too big, but because the risks involved in achieving that goal simply aren't worth it given your current size and your reasons for wanting more. If there was a simple and safe way of enlarging your penis, then, though I'd think it's not something I'd like to do and I'd feel compelled to make sure you know how a penis that size could negatively effect your sex life, as long as I felt you had fully thought things through, I'd help in anyway I could so you can achieve those goals. But at the moment the only options available are fraught with risk and therefore I could never encourage someone of your size and motivations to go ahead.

Do you have pictures? I' curious to see what a penis with the circumference of a Coke can looks like.

Yeah, well the mistake a lot of guys make is thinking their penis size = comfort with self. It CAN certainly happen in many cases, where someone is significantly smaller than avg... but if you are over 6" Girth already, your comfort with your self has nothing to do with your penis size. Something else is going on. I'm not immune to this - so I am not saying it in a judgmental way. I wish I could be 5.5" EG and 7" long but realistically - I probably can't (response to PMMA is underwhelming in my case & financially it just keeps draining me). I definitely felt very different in the early days post PMMA when I was like 6.5 x 5.25 (up from 4" Girth). It's somewhat upsetting to see the last session only add 0.25 so far. Most therapists are awful at dealing with body image issues. It is very complex and they just take the simplistic approach. That is why there are special centers for anorexics (a more severe and obvious body image issue than penis size or aging fears) and therapists who specialize in JUST that..it's very very complex & hard to treat. It's a similar thinking pattern behind what you're dealing with. Also, you've been doing PE for a really really long time - it's like you have a Pavlovian response now to seeing increased gains that is detached from the actual benefit (or risks) of those gains - same thing happens w/ a lot of body builders & plastic surgery addicts... and the women with the gigantic lips. They get addicted to the feeling of instantly looking better after the first procedure...so they get more. My Dermatologist friend refused to put more than 0.5 cc Restylane in my nasolabial folds (the cheeks Dr. C did were perfect but made the folds then look more pronounced) - and I was really mad at her - but now I'm like, ok she was right... because it settled and already looks a little too full. Sometimes you need an outside perspective to just trust, because at least in my case I know my perspective is a bit off.

The beast 1's comment are a little hard for me to understand. I am not trolling and I don't consider myself to have a problem. I look to this forum to have a conversation about an issue. I have seen pictures of saline, etc. and that is not what I want.

In terms of aesthetics I'm not sure you can go any bigger. It's starting to look a bit out of proportion as it is. If you add anymore, it's going to look plain odd. Obviously I don't know if that's a concern for you, but personally I would be concerned about the reaction of sexual partners if my penis became obviously strange looking. I had FFT which was lumpy and a bad V/Y incision which was really ugly and these things made me feel incredibly self conscious.

What other Girth enhancements have you had aside from Belloderm? It seems like you gained very little from the Belloderm and lost 1/4" of length.

I am looking at the PMMA as a possible improvement to the overall aesthetics. I would like to increase the shaft Girth to diminish my present pyramid shape.

In 2004 I had an alloderm graph done for Girth. When I had the belloderm done two years ago, the doctor removed what remained of the old graph. The graph from 2004 was not inserted correctly. I haven't had any other Girth work done to date. I did have a length procedure done. It was successful. My present stats are significantly different from my starting place.

I did get results from the belloderm. The length measure does seem to fluctuate from time to time. Some days it measure in at 7.5; other days a 7.75. I guess it depends on the blood flow on a given day.

You say you had a successful length procedure? How do you define "successful" for you?
I ask this because, we haven't seen a whole lot of success stories from length procedures.

When I started, I was 6.25" in length. I am now 7.5"-7.75" (explained above). This is the result of length procedures and stretching. I would like to increase length but haven't found the way to achieve that. All in all my length gains have been significant to date.

So what is your exact reason for wanting to go through with this? You say you want it for aesthetics. Are you going to be happy if you have a circ gap? What about lumps that may develop? or you are wanting it for the size/Girth gains and if this is the case, you have one of the most sever cases of dysmorphia I have ever heard about.
