Right? The new motion of having all that heaviness down there is awesome. I knew I had a nice size but I never felt like it, with how my Flaccid used to move. As silly as it may sound, the heft towards the end feels much more.... satisfying? I can run and it pulls completely different from before. It also shows up in my underwear, for once. I could rarely ever see the outline of my head, when in undies before. Right now, the head is pretty firm, which I prefer over what it was before (it was like pinching an earlobe). It now feels like the tip of my nose but about 2x softer. The surface is a little sensitive - I'm hoping that passes. Part of the reason I got this done was because I had heard it lowers sensitivity. I'll let you know if it does or not, for sure, once I heal up. Right now, I can barely handle swishing against my suede sweatpants. Does anyone have more questions? During the procedure, he squeezes a lot. It cause a little pain in my urethra but nothing more.The process was less than a half hour and he goes over all the risks beforehand, as well as showing you a video of the process. His assistant takes photos, during the process, and evaluates the doctor's method. The assistant speaks no English but the doctor has a pretty decent grasp, as long as you speak slowly.The clinic is a little hard to find. It's in Seocho-gu, Seoul. It can be found on the second floor of a building right besides a pink girly shop, in the end of the hallway. The office was very clean, unlike most of what I've seen here in Korea. They helped me contact a taxi, which was super helpful, since my service carrier only works in Japan.

I have a question about the suede sweatpants, for real? or is that a euphemism?
Glad it all worked out and it looks great / I'm with the keep it yourself group. Nothing good will come from telling bf's about your enhancements, although that doesn't seem as personal as a full on Phalloplasty.

It's gotten really swollen and bruised, today. The glans is super shiny and I'm finally starting to reach the point where normal painkillers don't dull all of the pain.

Aaaand shortly after taking my dexamethasone, I experienced a nosebleed. I hope it's related to my having been sick, all of this week, rather than the procedure. I'd been blowing my nose and coughing a lot, this week... so it would make sense.

My piss stream has also gone out of control, due to the swelling, as one of you had suspected. D:
