I feel like I could win an ugly Dick contest. The PMMA is sticking to my degloving scar from december and making it raised. It also stuck to my circ scar (from 30+ years ago) and caused a weird ridge there that is really sticking out now that it is 8 weeks later. I don't know what to do. Wade hasn't replied to my concerns other than to say they'll evaluate it in person. But, at this point - I don't even know if I want more. I was trying to ask him if it could be improved before I spent all the money to go there. (edit - he got back to me...they have been very busy...and he explained that as the cannula moves through this ridge in r2 - it should break it up)
The top third is all irregular compared to my before pics. My deglove scar was fading away like a little line before this. I didn't even get that much size, either. I'll post side by side comparisons when I have time but this doesn't look normal or natural in in that are.. It was weird enough having a big deglove scar - but that was fading. I still have the Nodule on the lower right.
Part of my "ugly Dick" comment has to do with things unrelated to this. I have prominent sebaceous glands and a lot of spider veins and a curve that somewhat returned despite surgery.
Cialis 20mg measurements
Circ - up 0.25 (4.25)
Mid - up 0.5 (4.5)
Base - Up 0.1-0.25 mostly just a Nodule (4.6-4.75)

Re: Peyronie's Disease & PMMA Journal
12 years 1 month ago #1283306887Just remember that it could take a year for everything to evolve so it good turn out better. I am going to wait 6 months until my 4th procedure because it might get better and I'm broke. I definitely would not have done this procedure if I could go back in time. My sex life is worse because I'm insecure about my Dick and I've been asked whats wrong with it twice already. Shit sucks man.
I think your situation can get better and you might want to go for a second session with a smaller amount of 30% but that's a risk you have to decide. I really respect the way Dr. N in Prague goes forward with the procedure. Slowly without the risk of a deformed Dick like I had after my first procedure. Keep you head up and good luck!

Good news is - pics are coming... once I have them formatted / resized, etc. And other good news is I do have 0.25-0.5" gains in the viagra state.
Ok this blue phenomenon is weird... My windows are the freakiest thing - the blinds are closed but they're radiating out blue light. And my cell screen is vaguely blue.

The size has increased from 0.5 in the upper half to 0.25 in the lower half, except the base, which is up 0.5.
Neck 4.0 --> 4.5
Mid Shaft & Lower Half 4.5-->4.75
Base 4.5 -->5.0
All pics with viagra. The Nodule on the lower right is gone. The ridge at the circ scar is still there. The skin feels thicker... but it looks like it is irregular or lumpy.... maybe this is just my eye. I'm not talking "lumpy" in a Nodule way - but the skin isn't like tightly pulled on the shaft like most penises...and even some guys w/ PMMA. It feels fine, but in the pics it sort of has a lumpy look - does anyone else see what I'm talking about?

I did this at 12 weeks post. There was some fibrotic resistance during the injection from Round 1 growth, which is normal (and means R1 worked for real - even on days when my EQ sucks). Dr. C said he tends to put the new product under the first layer where possible. After some discussion about 20% (which they can still do but rarely do anymore) we decided to go with a low cc amount of 30%. I am 6.5 BPEL, so 15cc was about right. Dr. C thought 30% would be better to push out some of the concave areas on the left (see below) rather than 10 or 20. I was scared of 30 based on some issues people have had on this board... but I thought maybe if I do a lower amount, it will reduce the risk. I liked having less put in, at least in the post-op days - because there was far less leaking. Just 1 hole leaked a lot. I know this will probably limit the growth, but we'll see.
I have some scar tissue on my penis on the left, which makes it very hard for the PMMA to stick there. So, I decided to schedule a longer trip so that I could come back after the product settled and they could either leave it alone or do a touch up depending on how it looked. We decided to do a touch up. I am not sure how this will all settle yet - and I wasn't going to post this so early, but I figured it's going to be useful anyway. If this turns out ok, it will probably be my last round. Wade and Dr. C have seen me a few times this round to make sure everything is turning out ok. They knew I had a challenging issue with the left side & scheduled extra days to be in TJ. We are all on the same page with things - not maxing out to a huge size, keeping it aesthetic, and staying a few days to address any problems vs. flying out the night of the procedure. I can still get lumps at a week or 10 days, but I had extra time - so I figured I would stay. The lower left Erect pic is 5" EL x 5 MSEG, 5.5 BEG - but those numbers are 1 day post...so they don't mean much.
