I took the obligatory giant swollen bruised penis picture. I can post it later. I think I'm at 5.5 EG but it's just water. I've been at this size before due to Peyronie's treatments (usually full of saline) - so its not as awe inspiring to me (except peeing is a comedy - I have way too much penis now) - I just want the damn blood to stop - it's gross already. I am down an Inch in length bc my EQ sucks (even on viagra) and the whole thing is uncomfortable...but it should come back.
This is not an easy thing. I don't know where I got that impression, but maybe it's also harder in my case bc my anatomy is screwed up and it doesn't go as smoothly. In general, you really have to be prepared for a lot...cleaning lots of blood, aggressive massage, keeping stuff clean (in a hotel where the wash cloth and sheets were both stained nicely), stretching, taking the meds, etc... Every time I have surgery, I forget about what a headache it is.
My third trip back to Avanti was when dr. c stayed late to put in another CC in this weird void area i have right above my peyronie's scar - though we don't know how it's related since peyronie's is on a deeper level. Maybe having it for 4 years caused dermal issues. Then Wade and Mel tried to figure out wtf I did to my ESL 40 and finally gave up and gave me one of theirs. I swear I just tightened it... Wade put it on with some very specific wrap to keep the product from fleeing my Peyronie's scar area. And I suppose, even if it does, I'll just have to get that injected more in R2.
I just want to sleep for a week rt now...damn it's been a long two days.
It's been said on here a lot before - but Wade and Dr. C do really want good outcomes for their patients and really care what's going on with you. I didn't expect them to reset the whole procedure room, sterilize my penis area again, and start loading canulas for just ONE CC to even out that strange "dip" I have (in the pic and also something that they didn't like). And that was at the end of a day with multiple surprise patients. They could've easily said "can't fix it now - maybe round 2" or whatever (and that might be the case honestly - we don't know), but they still tried...and with the complications, they weren't about to just say "well, here's a silicone sleeve - have a good night" - they had me come back post-Erection, and then reevaluate, etc...we did joke that I am a little bit of a science experiment, but Wade said plenty of people have come in after other procedures, so it's not always that easy.
24 hours after R1 26 cc 10% PMMA in 6 x4.25 penis. Pic is about 5 EL x 5.5 EG (estimated).
This is where the PMMA refuses to stay...and we've had a lot of work getting it in there (till it oozes out the injection site) - so I got an extra cc today. I'm already guessing R2 is going to address this area. We'll see how it goes.

Wow that is a long day. Your experience has been similar to my first round.
I feel bad for encouraging you that it would be easier. Perhaps less painful than plication but in your case as much of an ordeal.
The good points are:
1) its looking really good!
2) thank god you didn't get 30% given the issues
3) that bruising will be gone in a few days
4) wade was there to help out. he's be absent for a few patients recently with Christian helping out instead. Wade has much more experience.
The plication surgery takes months to recover properly. With this you'll be and running in no time.
You asked about what I used post care. Back then they didn't recommend anything. I just used my hands.
One mistake I made was to use the antiseptic gel as lubricant every time I massaged. It's slidy for a few minutes but then turns sticky and glue like. If you keep massaging when it's sticky (as I did) it will really aggravate the skin.
Ok good luck. I think it gets easier now and you can sleep forever with a bigger penis.

Thanks! Yes I am still trying to get a night w/ over 4 hrs...! This trip has been quite interetsing.
BTW I wasn't referencing you - about it being easy. Just like - when you read this board, you don't get a sense for how tiring and stressful this can be. And, also I have had a little bit of facial injections (tiny amounts) which are nothing. Maybe this hasn't been that stressful for the guys here & I'm more high strung, who knows. I also had a harder case for them...even though Wade & Dr. C think its fine now. It was just hard at first...still looks weird - but wade got out the nodules (again) so I am gonna be ok I think - those weird folds should stay pressed down in the silicone sleeve and not form
That pic looks good - but that was the pic everyone posts like - hey my Dick is huuuuge! Then later it looked like this again on the left:
But it's a getting better now w stretching and it has to remain stretched and wade got the nodules out that you can't even see - and a lot of these folds are swelling & the result of letting it turtle. I just don't want tissue growing in those areas...which they don't think will happen now that it's flat in the sleeve. Also, if there is a ridge in there, they will take care of it in r2. It won't be too big anyway, we think - we are all glad I did not do 30%.
He's fine w/ 10. Yeah, I heard christian was doing stuff - I'm glad wade was there bc he did a lot of work - and I mean a LOT. Plus, he's the one I talked to on the phone and emailed - so if it was just christian that would've been weird.
Plication surgery sucks...I still have pain there sometimes. That was a month of healing but I was in my own home so it was a little easier. I also had my jaw cut open and screws put in - but again, got to go home! I think that makes a difference. I did the same thing u did with the antiseptic and they told me not to bc it will aggravate your skin (as you found out)... it's fine to put on the entry points though.

A couple things are still annoying or on my mind...but for the most part, it's over with for now. If anyone has thoughts on this, I would really appreciate it - and hopefully it'll help others who read this journal.
- Still oozing... not really blood anymore - just clear liquid. They said not to use skin glue. It's just very annoying. 6 of 7 holes still open at 72h. There's an infection risk and it's uncomfortable to have to keep using gauze there constantly.
- Do I need to be in a 24 hour stretch for 6 weeks? I was thinking if I am not - will my penis shrink in length because the collagen that forms will form over a far smaller penis (like 3.5") - and restrict the lengthening during Erection (which is what happened during my first Erection, I think). I wonder if this is why some guys loose length? Also, if I don't keep stretching, it might be lumpy since I have uneven anatomy on that side (in the pic above, which is a bad pic - but it's just how screwed up my skin is).
- I might have too much PMMA at the base, or maybe the base is just sore. If I didn't have that fat pad - I'd have a lot more penis...and he injects the shaft into the fat pad. They kept telling me to lipo it... I am planning to lose weight, but I loose in areas like that last.
Jimmy - thanks - yeah you have a good point... what about the "daily maintenance" stuff... I would love to never look at the thing for 3 more months, but I think I have to keep stretching...right? Or am I making a bigger deal out of stretching than it is after 72h?
The product is virtually set...It's hard to tell what is there, but toward the base, I pressed my thumb in really hard and left a dent! Then, I moved it back - it was freaky - like clay under the skin, but only at the base. The other areas -wade kept saying "keep the product even, see" and I was like - what product?? But at the base, I see it. He just has a lot more experience & to me it's all watery and ambiguous.
The purple bruising from the pic above is gone..I have some red streaks in the crevice areas... but the color is almost normal - that was fast. I took advil maybe 1-2 times a day at the normal dose. I think the cortisone shot they give might have helped.

The oozing is normal, just be sure to keep the area clean and sterile. It wasn't unusual to take 3-5 days for every single entry point to fully heal, and you should encourage the oozing (followed with the appropriate cleaning). To be honest, I think one reason I had Nodule issues was from denying the ooze from those entry points allowing them to accumulate and ultimately become a Nodule.

What do you think about stretching after the 72h is up? I just think if i leave it Flaccid, I could loose length and/or the collagen might grow in a restricted way. It's just very annoying to wear a stretching device all day and night for 6 weeks. It falls off constantly and it's hard to put on...and not really comfortable.

Things are looking better. It looks like a normal penis again pretty much. These are semi-hard pics. I was able to get to 6" hard though, so that's good. Girth is up 1/2" - so I don't know what to make of that right now - it doesn't really mean anything at a week. I assume it will dissipate more and come back. Who knows.
The left side is a challenge here... as you have seen from previous photos. It's looking less full now too - but we'll see what happens when the growth kick in. I'm glad it's 10% because anatomically, I am going to have some irregularities.
The skin is massively improved w/ aveeno - which goes back to looking bad if it dries out again. I finally could use lotion since the bleeding stopped.
Because of the skin irritation, I am not wearing the silicone sleeve and i am using a stretcher during the day as much as I can. At night, it just does its own thing.
Thank you everyone for all of your help before, during, and after this! It was nuts - and it's not over yet - but I really appreciate everyone who took the time to read and post stuff...and hopefully this will benefit other people who have similar goals & issues.
