Welcome to the boards and good luck in your journey. We're very close to the same size now. I'll be in TJ around the same time as you for round 1 on the 24th.

Any other "growers" had PMMA in the past?

My Erect measurement is about the double of my Flaccid, sometimes growing from 3.5 to 7.5. Wade told me it shouldn't be an issue as long as I take care of it well the first 48 to 72 hours. Unless advised otherwise by the team, I plan on doing a full session of 30% on round 1 following by 2 smaller rounds to correct any irregularities.

Appointment is in 2 days. I will keep you posted.

Still hesitant about 20% or 30% for round 1. Any other "growers" had 30%?

Dr C is only using 10% and 30%. Not sure the exact reasons he's not using 20 and more, but other posts say because he has less complications with 30%. I would only assume he would progressively move forward and use what he felt gave better results. From all I have read about how PMMA works, the information here, and from other doctors I've talked to, the post care is the biggest piece of it. I have my appointment set for June and I have made sure the 4 days following I'm off work and free to focus on me. Making sure the PMMA is dispersed evenly while it absorbes during the first 2-3 days is vital.

I'm a Grower, and there is probably going to be "greater concern" post-op regardless of 10% or 30%. However, on paper, it seems like 10% will give you less aesthetic headaches, especially if you are a Grower.

Being a Grower definitely poses more of a challenge during the procedure, but it can be done (and has been done) effectively. You will also have to be a bit more aggressive post-op in the event your penis turtles (which is unlikely, the good news is the swelling helps keep your Flaccid elongated). There is no doubt show-ers have an advantage with this type of procedure, but growers can definitely achieve successful results, it just might require a more vigilant & aggressive post-op protocol. I never used a pump before the appointment(s), but it wouldn't hurt to find ways to (safely) prepare your penis skin for volume augmentation, especially since you are a grow-er. Hell, I can imagine how beneficial it would be to have a bit of a pumped Flaccid just before your procedure if you are a grow-er, though not a necessity (I never did it).

Had the procedure on Thursday afternoon. I am overall satisfied by the result, so far. I had 27cc with 20cc of 30% and 7cc of 10% under the glans. Only issue I have now is that it seems some PMMA migrated to the scrotum resulting in a turkey neck effect as seen in the pictures. I don't mind it as it looks like I have a huge ballsack but I don't want it to be dangerous, such as the PMMA hardening in that area. It also takes some length from the penis. Any thoughts? Will this disappear in the next days/weeks?

If you check my progress report, I had this identical issue and I flipped out and went hysterical over it. Mine looked exactly the same and I imagined the PMMA had migrated to my scrotum and was going to harden around my Balls. Didn't happen needless to say. I called wade, texted pics and he assured me it was just swelling. The issue resolved in a few days and didn't happen at all on round two. You may continue to experience some greater swelling than other guys for a couple days as mine was severe. If you go for a second round remind them of this and they will give you a greater dose of anti-inflammatory when you go.

I promise, that happens and unless there is great pain or redness from the area, no sweat. Congrats on your new unit!
