So I have updated my starting stats. I finally got a tailors tape and remeasured my starting Girth, had to update my starting stats. Went down to 5 BEG, 4.25 MSEG, and between 4 and 4.25 behind the glans. I'm not gonna lie, thinking I was at 4.5 and realizing I'm even smaller than that messed with me a little. Looking at mr average and seeing that literally at least 85% of guys are bigger than me is just... Well it sucks. My fianc'e is a truly amazing woman for not giving a crap, or at least saying it.

Dr. C will do his best to give you what you want. I thinks more size helps, but I cant say for sure because I have only had sex with my wife with my new unit. I don't believe that it helps sex enough to be worth the risk unless you are much smaller than average. You are either a good lay or you aren't. Single guys who can have many partners are prob our best bet to finding a reliable trend in women's opinions on this though. I did talk to another female friend of mine the other night. She is somewhat of an anomaly as she is very attractive in her mid forties and has never had children nor the desire to. She has only recently married and had many partners throughout her life. She had the opinion that an average penis is more desirable when it comes to the actual sex, which would support you and I having so many repeat customers and so many partners throughout the years. She said that a larger penis is more appealing to look at/think about, but she has never enjoyed sex or oral as much with the bigger guys. Obviously this means nothing as it is just 1 more opinion of millions, but I do see a trend in the women that I have personally spoken to. I am starting to wonder if PE, in my case and possibly others, is just our vanity getting the best of us. There are many guys who are truly smaller than average who may need one of these procedures to become sexually adequate, but for others such as myself, who had plenty of size to begin with in most women's opinion, are just feeding or fixing our own psychological issues. I know I was good in bed before and I thought that a large reason for getting it would be to make me better in the sack, but now that I have it I realize that may not be the case. I wwas good before, I am good now. Furthermore I now realize that I don't give a damn if a woman likes it or not. I just wanted a big Dick so I could feel good about myself and Repair my damaged psyche. I have accomplished that goal and am glad that I did it. I love my new Dick and if it weren't for the unknown future of it I would gladly recommend it to many. Okay, I have gone off the deep end here as I do, but my point is that you should expect a huge boost in confidence, but you may or may not be disappointed if you expect a huge reaction from your lady. She really might not care. Sex is very similar now as it was before. That is my truth.

To be honest I think your penis will prove a difficult canvas to work on. You've got a high and tight Circumcision and you can see how tight the skin is in those photos. The pink skin above the circ line is very thin and tight. You don't need to know anything about PMMA to understand that if you inject something under there it will be much more palpable than under thicker and looser skin. The tightness will also compress the PMMA and from what we've seen over the last couple of years it will will look to settle and expand at the points of least resistance. This will mean the "ring"

If you proceed, I'd show these photos to Dr C, along with those of other members who are tightly cut and explain you aesthetic fears. If I were you I wouldn't risk a big gain in round one and ask Dr C to be very conservative with injecting at the base and above the circ line.

I tired to illustrate what I think you should ask for in the photo. Ask for 10% solution and less than 20cc of it (i'd ask for around 15-16cc). The way you skin is, means that the mid shaft is going to more give, so you want it tapered at either end. The black line illustrates the depth or amount of PMMA that I think should be injected. So point B is has much more PMMA, than at point A and C. Basically point B is the high point and it should taper down on either side to points A and C. Don't have any injected above the green line as the skin in that area is so thin and tight that it will certainly get compressed back and cause an obvious ring.

I'd treat the first round as more of a test session and forget trying to get big gains. Don't take my opinion, look at the other guys who are tightly cut. It is really hard to get PMMA to settle in the circ scar area and avoid the ring. I know very little about PMMA or bioplasty in general, but anyone who has been a member here and followed progress reports can see that injecting tightly cut guys is difficult and the aesthetic results aren't usually as good.

I think in your case and others like you, slow and steady wins the race. That means a much more conservative approach, with the knowledge you are only going to make smallish gains each round. This will give you much more control and if aesthetic issues do arise, they will be far easier for Dr C to fix.

I completely agree with Hoddle10's assessment. I'd take his advice if I were you. I recommend a low volume of 10%.

Your penis is very similar to my pre PMMA penis. The size, shape, and curve are very similar. I am going to go out on a limb and say that were able to make women orgasm easily(despite having thin penises), not because we were highly skilled with small penises, but because of the shape of our anatomy. The upward curve in your penis, and mine, makes it easier for us to make contact with the G-spot. A straight penis isn't going to rub the G-spot during intercourse. I could put myself into positions and use certain stroke depth to stimulate a woman's G-spot during sex and almost always make them orgasm. I am not sure if you have had the same experiences, but when I discovered my ability to do that I became a much beter lover and got a lot more of those repeat customers that you spoke of. I am mentioning this because my curve is much less prominent now. I wish I would have thought of this pre PMMA, but maybe it can work for you. I suggest asking Dr.C if he can concentrate on putting the PMMA in to the sides of your penis and put very little on the top. You will still get the Girth gains that you want, but won't have to sacrifice your curve in the process. I am not sure if he can do it or if you would even be interested, but I think it is worth asking. I wish I had asked because having a big unit and the curve would certainly be a killer combo. Look above at Hoddle's pic of your unit. If you fill in the top of your penis(the area under the black line) you will no longer have the curve. You may not agree, but I believe that is worth keeping. Also I am going to have to agree with Hoddle that you should be very cautious in the decision to inject above the circ. scar or you may end up with "the ring" that seems to be so common with guys that have your skin and Circumcision type. A low volume of 10% seems like really sound advice to me. I am not sure what your financial situation is, but I think 2 or 3 rounds of 10% would be much better than getting greedy with 30% as I did. I have a great outcome, but I was also luck to have loose skin and a low circ. scar line. I think your situation is different and you would be smart to listen to Hoddle. Also the 30% is palpable when Flaccid. You cannot feel it when Erect though. I am not sure if that would bother you, but it WILL happen if you opt for 30%. Dr.C told me before the procedure that I would be able to feel the 30%, I just didn't care and still don't. Pictures don't really do justice so I hope my assessment is accurate and relevant to your situation. Best of luck buddy!!

Touche' DWD, if I am not mistaken GSXR's wife likes his ring a lot. I am certain that some women would love it. I am still of the opinion that you should try a lower volume of 10% but its your Dick. I am also not one to preach as I originally had intentions of getting 10% and being conservative, but when I got to Mexico I was all about the size. You have a large glans, so aesthetically a Girth-enhanced Cock should look good. Perhaps do some pumping or Clamping in the leadup to your date to try and loosen the skin.

The skin will loosen from pumping but will soon return to its former tautness. Over pumping can damage the delicate vasculature of the penis. I don't recommend you do anything besides perhaps taking some supplements that are good for collagen and particularly ... ELASTIN. The rest is on you and Dr. C. Eat healthy.
