Quick update, my nodules have healed, one is completely resolved, the other two still probably need another round of corrective action. I'm not ready to mess with them right now as my current girlfriend knows I had work done so I'm not concerned. Overall, the results are stellar. The 30% is beginning to soften up a bit and feels less rubbery than it did, although I still think it passes as natural both Flaccid and Erect. I'll post pics at another time, measurements stable at 5.7 mid and 6.0 base. Good stuff!

Update: 3 months post round 2

Everything is perfect. I was able to resolve the nodules perfectly with only one try, they took about 3 weeks to heal completely. At this point, there is only a very slight ridge of collagen around the circ area on the left side, not a big deal at all. I have several girlfriends, and none of them have mentioned anything about it other than they love my Dick. It passes as real very easily despite lots of oral. The only weird comment I've had was one gf said, "I swear it's gotten bigger since last night."
Maybe a little post coital swelling. Sensitivity is perfect. Weirdly enough, I noticed today that the skin over the little ridge on the left is more sensitive (in a good way) over that area.

My size dropped a little, I am at 5 5/8 mid shaft, and 5 7/8 base. I'm considering a third session, but I don't feel it's a pressing need. That's a total 1 3/8 gain from two sessions (the second session being a very conservative one).

I am considering a third session to get me over the 6" midshaft mark. I'm not set on it, just thinking about it.

So I have decided to start some length work, I'm breakin out the old grip system. I had a brand new experience with one of my girlfriends who is extremely petite. I actually bottomed out against what I can only describe as her pelvic bone while she was on top. It was about the most powerful feeling ever, and I decided I'd really like to be able to expand my reach, so I'm going back to some length work. I'm still considering a round 3, although I'm certainly in no rush. My overall goal is 7.25 BPEL and 6.25 base Girth. That's 3/4 in length and another .25 Girth. I can't believe this, but at this point I can honestly say those goals are both very attainable from what I've seen on here (length wise, of course the Girth is easy).

I'm going to throw up some current pics as a progress update as well. Nodules resolved, size unchanged, everything is basically perfect. I included a semi Erect pic to show the slight ridge on the left side. The credit card is for scale. Flaccid almost credit card width, which no matter how many times I look at it, I cannot actually internalize that that is my size. It's like my brain won't accept it.

DWD, yeah, a Flaccid that is as wide as a credit card is amazing.
I know that M7... excuse me, M8 now, gained length post PMMA with traction. So it is definitely doable. Just takes time and dedication.

Quick progress report. I have been Hanging for a week now, the PMMA seems unchanged by the compression, it takes maybe an hour or two to go back to normal after each session. I am at 12 lbs, 2 20 minute sets a day. I've thought trying to use the ADS, but to be honest, the idea of wearing it at work terrifies me. I wear jeans and all, but still... I can't fathom the thought of it being discovered. It's one thing to do PE at home, wearing it at work is... no way, not right now anyway. Hopefully the Hanging alone will do it. 1/4 Inch would be something at least, 1/2 would be awesome, 3/4 would be unbelieveable.

On another note, I told my current.... i don't know what to call her, my main gf, that I had the procedure done. After almost 5 months with me, she had no idea. Dr. C rules. Also, she didn't freak out and ditch me. Why? Because any woman that would do that is a C U Next Tuesday. Yes, that's what my ex who left me after I got the procedure done is.


Brice - I definitely like my Flaccid Girth, and hell, a 5.25 Flaccid hang for me is a pretty big step up. I would go to a nude beach now, and wouldn't be cocky about it, but I wouldn't be embarassed either, so that's an incredible improvement. If I had your Dick I'd do porn, period.

Just finished reading this post - a well-documented PE experience with a very positive outcome. You deserve to feel more confident, well done.

So I had a scare about EQ last night. I have been Hanging every night, and I have noticed that afterward my EQ quality isn't great for a little while. However, this morning everything was fine again. I've read that a lot of guys experience that, but I am watching it like a hawk. I was up to 15 lbs but I've dropped back to 13 because I felt like I was going too far too fast. I have been at this for a few days now and I'm getting a rhythm and system worked out.

On another note, my Girth has dropped an 1/8 Inch down to 5.5 midshaft. It's been 3 months since my touch up session and I guess a little loss is common. I'm pretty much decided on a third session, this time a full one, I just don't know when. I want to keep Hanging for a while and see what happens, hopefully I can eek out some length. Wish me the best, and good luck to everybody else here.

Alright, I'm assuming I'm just overdoing it, and I'm just doing too much too soon, but my EQ has turned to shot after Hanging. I've actually seen a little gain, which is awesome, but I can't abide having shitty EQ. I have a lot of sex, and that just doesn't work with my lifestyle. So, I'm going to have to hang it up at least until my EQ returns to normal, then maybe I'll start again, this time with very light weight and very gradually move up. It sucks, I'm convinced now that it is possible to gain length, unfortunately, I'm also a bit suspicious of the cost of that length. I have erections that are solid 10o'clock angle normally, and watching that drop to 7 or 8 is just no good. I would rather stay at 6.5 BPEL than be at 7 with a horizontal Erection angle.

If anyone has any experience or thoughts on this I'd appreciate it.

Well, ok this is a very different and confusing experience. My EQ is back after just one light day and one day off. I guess it's not a big deal, this is all just very new to me. Manual PE is a totally different world from PMMA, that was easy, this is complicated.

Yeah, Its forth reading more of the discussions at Bib's forum for stuff relating to Hanging, they have a lot of stuff like EQ and progrrss schedules pretty thought out.

My EQ is always a bit shit for the rest of the day after i hang, but usually returns to normal for morning wood. I think for sure your erections angle will change through Hanging, so if you are dead set on keeping your 10 oclock I'd stop. Ive always been straight out, so never really worried.
