I'd be shocked if you got anything less than a 0.5" gain in Erect Girth once the swelling stabilizes.
I really believe you should have waited a bit longer before having pursued any further treatment, but that is neither here or there at this point. Just be very active with your post-op protocol, and be prepared for aesthetic battles ahead with such a high volume & concentration (trying to be a realist here). Good luck.

Re: Went to Dr. C today
13 years 11 months ago #1274746559You are the 1st one here in the forum to have only complete 30% I will follow your progress, with the 28 cc.s in your penis I expect your gain will be between (0.75"-0.9"). Just check for any irregularities and try to fix them if you can. If you get in the next rd. the same conc. with a volume of 25 cc.s or more your EG will be around 6.5", then (if you reach your goal) in the following rds get only 10% but with a small volumes for a better aesthetic result.

Re: Went to Dr. C today
13 years 11 months ago #1274746905Anyway I just woke up. It's 5.30am local time. I was asleep by 6:30 pm last night. I had 2 hours of sleep and flew from Florida yesterday. So far I don't think I have much swelling at all. And one small bruse about the size of a nickel at the left entry point. No pain at all

Re: Went to Dr. C today
13 years 11 months ago #1274747060I didn't realize Dr C used 30% or would inject so much in one session. He seems prepared to go against his own principals to satisfy patients. This doesn't take away from his skill as an injector, but personally I think it demonstrates that patients need to take responsibility in their own hands, and just treat Dr C as a tool in the process.

Get your money back. It isn't even a question of "well you can't make them all happy" - the doctor provided you with zero gains after two appointments!!! If this is the norm with is patients, then he would be a con man!!!

Dr. C isn't opposed to 30% because it's somehow less safe. He's opposed to it because he believes it's more likely to cause lumps, bumps, and nodules. So it appears his opposition to the kind of volume & concentration Irishfan had put in is done with patient satisfaction in mind. And when a patient explains to the doctor that they aren't going to care about the overall looks and are pursuing sheer Girth, it seems Dr. C will usually deliver in accordance with patient satisfaction (although it's quite clear he still has limits for the sake of realizing there are points of "no return," and I'm sure this willingness varies patient to patient).
That being said, Hoddle is right about how to consider the doctor as a part of the process, and to realize that just because you can convince him to go a little more, isn't always the best situation for your Dick. Many men may find massive new Girth alluring, and may disregard warnings about aesthetic irregularities, and as a consequence, only begin to appreciate the nuisance of lumps, bumps, and nodules when it becomes apparent their demands for more volume may have been premature. The doctor is trying to satisfy his patients, since after all, it's a vanity market. So it is equally important that patients are informed and set up reasonable & sane expectations/goals going into each appointment...because PMMA Bioplasty is nearly irreversible.

13 years 11 months ago #1274750167The fact that Dr C was willing to inject you with PMMA just a few weeks after a silicone injection indicates he in irresponsible.
Also, I would assume you paid him cash, or transfered money to an account that was owned by a third party shell company. This way if things go horribly wrong, you do not exist in his eyes, or on paper.
If that is not the case please correct me.

Given that Irishfan is back to 4.5" (his starting Girth), and the doctor could not see of any filler in the layer that the PMMA was being injected to, I'm not so sure there was any reason to believe silicone was injected AT ALL.
Besides, Dr. C doesn't need Irish's money. He's exhibited (significantly) more times than not his notably conservative approach, and with the kind of business his practice gets, he would have no reason to jeopardize the health of Irish's penis for what is probably pocket cash to Dr. C by now. I only say all of this because I know both their practice as well as some of the forum members quite well, and have become more & more familiar with the operation as a consequence. They have turned away patients in the past as well. It just seems like the silliest kind of silly that Dr. C would continue with the procedure knowing that Irish had considerably increased risks doing so. But hey, maybe he did, and I'm totally wrong, who knows??
Besides, Dr. C wasn't a PE doctor prior to his popularity, something worth noting. His reputation is well established, and I'm very comfortable asserting his credentials- and not just because of his work on me, but his work on hundreds of our members who have sung the same chorus of praise. BigBen, I know your pessimism on the matter is actually a good one, but believe it or not, Dr. C is actually quite ethically-sound relative to other PE docs.

Re: Went to Dr. C today
13 years 11 months ago #1274751955I would probably choose a 30% solution since I am not too concerned with aesthetics. That is, if I get to the point of going for it later on.

Re: Went to Dr. C today
13 years 11 months ago #1274753165Frankly there is a good chance others do not share my opinion but I think he should be held to the same scrutiny as the other PE doctors regardless of how may procedures he has performed.
I think Loria likely did inject Irish with Silicone but the quantity was small relative to the other material. Even if he did not, it is simply bad practice to inject a patient 2 weeks after he had an unknown substance injected by another doctor. Only time will tell if this is going to backfire or not and if it does Irish will pay the price.
If you disagree with me, understood, no hard feelings and I don't want to go back and forth, but I simply think what Irish and Dr C did was bad judgement.
Finally I thought Olfanso had multiple 30% injections from Dr N, This may be safer than 20% as it is not mixed (assuming he shows you the packaging) and would require fewer sessions.
