TOPIC: Austins' PMMA enhancement

I had looked into penis enhancement some years ago and decided to pass based on the various horror stories I had seen. Lately, I started hearing about PMMA. Here an on-line search showed much more positive results with for all uses (facial etc.) and recently penis enhancement has a lot of interest. I looked a bit more into the product itself, and was feeling OK about putting this into my body. Also my wife already has had some ArtiFill on her face and gotten a great result. Now revisiting my on-line search for stories, more issues seem to come with lengthing procedures that go wrong, and use of silicone and implants for Girth enhancement. PMMA for Girth enhancement looked to be reasonably low risk. Now like most guys I would like another Inch or so in length, but for women, the Girth is the major factor, and whether it is 6 or 6.5" long doesn't seem to be really important. In any case from my side I was looking for 1-1 '' gain in Girth, say ending up with 5.5-6" EG. After hearing a lot of great things about Dr. Casavantes and team (this forum and other places) I contacted them and received a lot more information on the procedure and the product they use (NewPlastic). Now I don't want to restart the discussion around NewPlastic versus ArtiFill that has already gone on in other Forums, but I do want to say I was really happy Dr. Casavantes is using an ethical, top quality pharmaceutical compound rather than any 'home brew' product. I heard on the forum that Dr. Casavantes is open to use ArtiFill if you really want it, but personally I was confident the NewPlastic would work find fine and my feeling is the difference in cost (10x+) is not justified. So a little over a month ago I went ahead with the procedure (I was going to post just before and after, but didn't get to it), and showed up at Dr. Casavantes office for an afternoon appointment. I did have to fly in to San Diego, but found the whole arrangements really easy. Dr Casavante's office had me picked up from the hotel and driven to their office in Tijuana, and all border stuff etc. was handled by the driver. In the office I met Dr. Casavantes and his assistant, Wade, and after some prep we went ahead with the procedure. A couple of things to note ' I was really impressed by their professionalism and ethics ' their first concern is clearly to do what is best for the patient, and profit is secondary. Dr. Casavantes is very conservative, and will only recommend what he feels will give you adequate benefit without going overboard. I have been to a number of specialists in my time and I rate Dr Casavantes and team to be at the top level. Also I note that the procedure was 'easy' for the patient ' no pain and I was relaxed during the procedure (at least after they started!). My base stats were: 5.8" BPEL and 4.25-4.5" EG, going to 5.5" right at the base. PMMA inserted was 15cc @10%Following are just before and just after pictures. As you can see, my glans is reasonable large, so my hope was building up Girth behind it for nice, natural looking result.

Thanks very much - pictures seem to be there after second try- more pictures and thoughts to follow. On the risk of poor sorting and inclusion of very small particles leading to granulomas, my feeling is if that did happen - it would be treated. And if you did have a small scar from it - so what - it is your penis, not your nose. Also I have not heard of any granulomas with PMMA insertion into the penis, so there is at least some history of success.

Here I show some pictures of the Erect penis before and after. One thing I noticed and appreciated just after waking up the first morning after the operation with my morning woody was a much fuller feeling to the penis ' a bigger handful so as to say. Gain is biggest near the glans, from 4.5 before to 5.5 in. Below that it reduces somewhat, and dips in just below the middles and increases again just above the base. Now there is a bit of a ridge around the entry points just above the base as you may be able to see from these pictures. Also on the right side there is a red, sore spot that can be seen, but has since gone away. With sex I like the fuller feeling, but have had some pain and discomfort when the base of the penis impacts. Now although Dr C allows you to have sex a week after the procedure, realize that healing takes a long time ' what I have is swelling around entry points plus some buildup due to PMMA material around the entry points. Swelling and discomfort has gone down as I write this, and last sex was without pain but I did wear a condom. One thought ' if you do have any discomfort during sex ' wearing a condom may serve to protect the penis, smooth thing out etc. until healing is done. Session 2 is scheduled for November, and I hope to fill in and even out from below glans to the base. A final Girth of 6 in I feel would not be unreasonable, and still look balanced.

For my second session I am interested to hear any guidance people have based on their experience. Basically, my goal there is filling in places with poor coverage, fixing any issues and moving to final result. So what I don't want is product to move all over the place, for example during the first night sleep. I tend to sleep on my stomach so this is not good for keeping everything in place. I was thinking about some device to avoid that - say jamming two large rolls of socks down your underwear to create a protected space. I see other people have been using traction devices but am not clear on how successful that is - e.g. can you sleep with this on? Though perhaps with second session you just need to avoid squeezing product around during the night and massage in the morning. Any thoughts appreciated.

@Evil - how did you avoid retraction? Stretcher? I was wondering how to avoid any retraction 2nd go.

There is a growing urban myth on this board that you have to wait two weeks for sex. It's not true. First Dr. C says 7 days, and he seems to be conservative in most things. Second, it depends on you and your unit. I went day 7 (counting procedure day as day 1) and have gone many times since with no problems. I think if you are going with new partners and "wild" perhaps you might need more time since you are tender! But I mean if you got a chick riding you nice and easy you are good to go IMO.

absolutely (on the 7 day thing). If you're good to go, I wouldn't sweat it. I'll admit a slow and gentle trial at day 3 (1/2), with a condom. Awesome. I'm glad I got to feel what that wrapped 6.5 felt and looked like- very gratifying. Roll with it.

Here's a progress update. Had my second session three months ago and planning for a 3d in May. Main goal of 2nd session was to fill in in lower part of penis and perhaps near the glans, plus any additional Girth along the way. After 1st session I realized there was issue with retraction and this likely caused material to squeeze out of lower section, giving some ridges below base and little material on shaft near the base (see picture 1). Just out of the procedure is picture 2, you can see some bruising and perhaps some uplift near the base. 20% PMMA was used this time and 15cc. As a humorous aside ' I worried about how to avoid retraction, as advice after round 1 was to unwrap penis while you slept the first night and possibly that is where I had retraction. So I purchased a penis extender and brought it along with me to the procedure. Wade said not to use it, as it might impact the filler near the glans. However he said to go ahead and leave penis wrapped during the evening, and I'd take the risk of waking up with a painful boner. So flash forward to leaving San Diego. Going through security they called me aside and wanted to search my bag. Sure thing and after some rooting about, the female security officer latched on to the device and held it up. 'What is this ?' she said. 'A Penis Extender' I replied. 'A Penis Extender?'. 'Yes a Penis Extender.' (and I was hoping we didn't have to go back and forth on this too many times). So she then held it high up in the air and marched back into the main area and said in a loud voice, you guessed it, 'It's a Penis Extender!'. (picture 3, Exhibit A). Realize here we had a crowded, multiple screening checkpoint in a busy airport with a lot of noise and confusion. An amazing thing then happened. The whole place went silent. All activity stopped and there was a rush over to the security officer to look at the device. All passengers stopped what they were doing craned their necks to look as the security personnel passed it back and forth with great curiosity and delight. After some time everyone settled down she came back and handed it to me and I arranged the bag and left. Possibly there was a spike in penis extender sales after this ' hard to know. In any case ' back to the extendee. Next pictures show penis after round 2. Note it filled in nicely near glans, but clearly improvement is still needed near base. Feeling around I noted some material below base down side of penis into the scrotum. Doesn't bother me, but seems to indicate leakage below the base. So how to avoid that? My thinking is to try something like a 'Cock ring' at the base, and perhaps just an elastic band (as I just want to tight it up, not squeeze all the blood vessels closed), and place that just after the procedure. In addition I was thinking of using the penis extender as well, as this time no filler near the glans is planned. So what I am looking for from forum is: any experiences using Cock rings? I noted some earlier posts saying Dr Casavantes used to use them. Of course I will connect with him on options when I see him, but wanted to hear any experiences or thoughts first. Also any feedback on how the penis extender route worked would be good ' I am not sure how well you can sleep with it, for example, though I have a plan with rolled up socks and Y-front underwear.

Wow very embarrassing but in many ways very funny - I would have been so freaking embarrassed! And for this reason, I'd never take any PE device with me on flights because I know how unusual their constructions are, only making a search inevitable. The fact that the lady had to yell "penis extender" mixed with a silent crowd... geeeez Looks like you got through all of it unscathed for the most part, good luck on your gains and thanks for the update

Glad you could feel that way about it... I guess it's not so bad since you didn't know anyone there.

Yes - normally I wouldn't expect to see anyone I know, but if I had that would have changed the situation to be sure! "Why are you traveling with a Penis Extender?" "What you mean you don't?" etc. Would take some quick thinking to be sure.
