Yikes! Lig cut day has arrived. Def nervous. Dr Camacho is a Super nice guy who took lots of time in my consult and made me feel much better about it. Head off in 30min to get it started. Will report back tomorrow.

Back in room. Made it out in one piece! Thanks miracle. I did exactly what u suggested once they have me lots of IV meds lol. No pain thus far. I need to know if I can attach pics of the incision and a such. Too drugged to read rules. Will later unless I get an ok. All cool either way. Thanks guys!

Lig cut went fine. Very glad I went for the scrotal approach as it seems I will heal overall much faster. They already have me in traction. Not even remotely comfortable but a necessary evil of taking this route. I can tell a difference in stretched length. The pubic skin pulls out farther for sure. It should be interesting to see where this ends up. Dan Salas said 3mos to make and cement the gains I can expect from this. Dr Camacho says 6mos for ligs to truly heal and should be kept elongated as much as possible during this time. They claim 2" but I know how this really works. I did not go into this uneducated. Just intend as always to report my actual experiences here as I have them. No real surprises thus far but then again I've been researching this for 20yrs. Figure if it doesn't work I'll have limited my scarring to just the scrotum. I do wish he had taken a little more aesthetic care stitching that back up. Not a long incision but it will be noticeable more so than I would have liked.

1/13/13 - I re-read and edited my wording a bit on this post mainly. I was medicated and loopy and considered I might have not made sense. I still may not make sense but at least it's legible lol.

I should note that I did have a morning Erection and while the Dr said my Erection angle would most likely be affected, so far it is not. The Erection wasn't painful. The entire pubic area is already sore and that did not increase the pain to be more specific.

Hey PMMAAll the way...It sounds as though your penis lig cut is working well....I did not know of the new aproach from the scrotum....sounds logical....no upper scaring...
That will compliment your PMMA....

Can you tell us more about your post procedure stretching routine?

I wear an ankle strap and the attachment u see in my pic all day unless sleeping, showering or restroom. It keeps constant tension. Nowhere near Hanging my 17lb weights but seems plenty as tender as I am. Just to keep ligs displaced from near their original position to heal. Dr did put in a tissue spacer (my tissue from somewhere in there) to help keep ligs relocated. Stretcher is as comfortable as any can be. I've never liked ADS at all but kinda here for the whole ride. Too many stories about zero gains or even losses after this surgery but if u read the fine print I've found more times than not the ppl didn't do the post op stretching. I hope I can maintain it myself.

I will detail as often as I can. Hope it helps future generations if they choose this route. I gained an Inch in manual PE Hanging yet some have never gained any that way. I've never gained Jelqing yet others have made great Girth gains. Let's see if surgery moves me forward as I had come to a plateau without it!

Hey PMMAAlltheway...thanks for posting and for the pictures...Now I understand the scrotal approach...I think that IS better than the old way..your scars will disappear under your penis...Of course, you will stretch as much as possible, following doctor's orders...That is what brings the success.

Morning of day 3 post op. Pubic area a good deal more sore than last 2 days. I am attaching pics of the scripts and actual meds he gave me and my wife. She had some facial rejuvenation done at the same time. Fine lot we are lol. I cannot take Tramadol btw so thank god I brought some Lortab.

Just had final checkup with Dr Camacho and Dan Salas was there to answer post op routine questions. Dan gave me a larger cylinder to try as I intend to do more PMMA someday and just basically wanted to see if it reduced the discomfort any. He also gave me extra sleeves for his device. The Dr. seemed pleased with my progress as well as my wife's. I will not mention her much as it is not the topic of this forum yet it is also more experience with a physician several of us on here have and or may utilized. Knowledge is power right?

Please ask any any questions about either of us. If you want to get too specific about her procedure please just pm me.

Thanks for all of the help and reporting this forum has to offer. From true skeptics to ppl with some real (not the promised 2" Erect, etc...) successes, I have found it all invaluable to have read before walking into this. I told the Dr and his ppl what I knew basically and he has mentioned several times "...you already know how this works." And he would for his sake still give me the info but he was right, very little I didn't already know or expect. All thanks to you guys!
