TOPIC: My PMMA journey by 'PMMAallTheWay'

Tomorrow is the day. Arrived in San Diego a few hours ago. Staying at the Sheraton by the airport. Very nice hotel btw. Shuttle comes at noon tomorrow 8/18 for me to take me to Dr C. Gotta say...I am truly nervous as can be!

I have my camera and am taking pics to post for sure. Any requests/suggesions there?

Any advice on how active I can be afterward? Any post op advice? I have this room til Friday's flight back to Indiana.

Let me be the first to say goodluck, I was pretty nervous the night before but took a Valium on the day of the procedure to calm my nerves. Once you meet with them you'll be fine the whole office staff is great about making you feel comfortable.

As far as afterwards you should be fine, the public transportation there is great I'd recommend since your staying till Friday buy a one/two day bus/tram pass and it can get ya around town pretty easily gasmark is a cool area to check out for restaurants etc.

You should probably move your thread to the logs section so you can keep us up to date on how it goes.

Good luck PMMAatw! The first round is always nerve-racking but once you're done with it all, you'll look back on it in amazement... realizing that the procedure isn't really all that bad and even more tolerable post-op.

My best friend came with me but, of course...forgot his passport. Just be little ol me. Guess I won't be AS little on the way back so it should all work out lol!

Wow! I've never Ever been so nervous! All done though. Lidocane shots sucked but rest was just pressure feeling. Wrapped up now. Mind racing so can't remember what Wade said about night time wrapping but it'll come to me lol. He said after swelling up then back down it'll be a bit smaller than today but I must say I'm officially addicted. The extra weight feels Great! They said this was a good round but a 2nd then touch up would be good.

I am tired and hungry so gonna find a nice steak and go to town. Will take measurements late this eve and pics unwrapped.

Dang. It's about 4hrs post op. Was able to pull off a quick Erection and took pics and measured a bit.

Flaccid mid Girth 5 1/4" (+ 1 3/8" so far)
Erect mid Girth 5 3/8" (+ 13/16" or about 7/8") time will tell.

Gotta keep massaging it and they did say final would be less than current but still impressive to me.

The hard part is over and now it's just a waiting game. Make sure you get used to that extra package as you'll have a few weeks waiting for it to return. For some of us it is indeed the most nerve racking experience but once it is done it is all a comfortable uphill climb. Enjoy San Diego and its authentic places.
