you swing, ok. so you obviously aren't insecure about your size, so why can't you post a pic to back up your claims? Also, why are you even searching for Phalloplasty when you are already (as you claim) 10x8 Erect with a ~10'' Flaccid? are you just doing it to rub it in guys' faces (who already have varying levels of penis related insecurities, what with this being a site where the guys are willing to cut and inject their penises for some added size)?

Seriously? Have you bothered to read the threads dedicated to 'Dr' Elist in this forum? It is your penis after all, good luck. I am told that if you toss a fair coin, chances it lands heads are 50%. Toss your coin mate.

Bateria, that added Girth that people mention is due to our bodies forming scar tissue around the implant to encapsulate it. Basically its our body's response to having an implant placed inside it that it can not get out. If our body can not get the implant out, it will form a protective layer of tissue around it (called a capsule) to hold it in place and make sure it doesn't damage other areas of the body.

Putting the implant in there just to form the capsule is a horrible idea! It is so incredibly risky and I can't even begin to tell you how many nightmare stories there are about the implant.

Your logic is flawed logic as it opens you up to many risks including:

- Pain from the implant (99% of the stories I read about the implant is that once it is in there, it nearly always hurts)
- Infection
- Loss of length. Again the majority of stories I have read indicate that guys actually lose length with this procedure. If you are lucky you might be able to do stretches and Hanging for many months or years even to get back to your original length... if you are lucky.
- Loss of sensation
- Risk of Necrosis (tissue death)
- The scars from the procedure itself (not everyone heals very nicely. Be prepared to have some bad scars if you aren't the type that healths without scaring).
- Depression from the constant pain and negative thoughts that you did something so stupid.

I'm sure other members who have actually had the implant in the past can chime in here. But I can assure you, everyone here will say this is a really bad idea.

Ps. seems like an awful lot of pain and money to spend for what could maybe only be 0.5" of added scar tissue Girth...

Bateria- Sizemic is right. Think about this, do plenty of research. I had teste implants and Elist tried to talk me into a penile implant several times, but I always declined.

If those numbers are right, the chance that you were the smallest (5 times) is very small. Your circumference is in the top 10%. I was just trying to say the math doesn't work.

If they were saying you were the smallest Flaccid, I wouldn't let that bother you (and even your Flaccid Girth is still bigger than 1/2 of guys at least). Some guys grow more than others. Flaccid size is fairly meaningless for sex.

You are either dating mentally ill women or you measured wrong. I've never had ANY sexual partner humiliate me over my Dick size*, and I was much smaller than you at one point - so I don't even understand how this happened to you 7 times.

Your 15 cm circumference is enormous (5.9") - average is 12.2 cm (4.8")....and your length is above average (average is 14 cm).

The numbers in the link in ArcticSky's post are even smaller than the ones I am using.

Those girls were lying about you bring the smallest. 15cm Girth is very big and 15cm length is above average. Elist implant is a terrible idea.

Look on any swinger board and the majority of the couples profiles that that exact phrase on it.

Penis size (if you are at least 10 cm in length & Girth) is irrelevant to 95% of women in the world. What is much much much more important is what you do with what you have, how you pleasure her before penetration (foreplay), how much she loves you, how turned on she is, etc.

Why would you do an Elist penile implant, then have it removed? Both would be huge mistakes IMHO.

Your length size is average at least and your Girth is above average. When pressed, most women would say that they prefer Girth over length, but neither are deal breakers, except in the cases of micro-penis. They care most about how you treat them, your overall attractiveness and fitness than penile size.

If you've been ridiculed for your size, those girls are; just being cruel, psychotic, sorely misinformed, or lying.

Thank you very much, you all helped me a lot. I hadn't known this numbers. I have ever seen myself as a very small man and thank to you I can now understand why. I mesured myself in flacid state today (lenght 7 cm circunference 10.5 cm), and I was probably smaller in lenght before stretching maybe 6.5 cm... So I have a normal Erect state but a small flacid. I dont know if my condition is common but now I can do a better research in order to find a solution to my problem.Restoration, sorry about my english. What I really wanted to say was that I had a conversation with my ex girlfriends (all 5) and they said that was the smallest, but not in a bad way. I really try to be racional about this subject, and I am very careful about mesuring it using the right and standard technique . Only 2 girls tryed to use this in a bad way (as far as I know).

You are not small in length. I think its quite the average in America. You have a very nice Girth. Way above average in America. I do not see a problem with your size.
