TOPIC: HA injection tomorrow

Hi guys, I am going for HA injections tomorrow here locally just north of Houston. I am gettin 10 ml of Voluma. It's pretty expensive 7k. I will post some pics of before and after tomorrow. Wish me luck

Hi guys, some may think I am crazy but I went to a med spa and a rn and injection artist do it for me. Yes it was 2 females in the room as well as my wife. I got 9ml of voluma in the shaft and 1 ml in the ring of the gland. It is swollen and bruised some but does not really hurt at all. I will post some pics in a few days.

I am familiar with Capriotti in Houston and Singh in Austin, both were wanting to do a ligament cut and either fat injections or a some form of alloderm. Dr Kern in Houston at the image enhancement center also does HA, but he is back logged 4-6 weeks

I think I'm also getting voluma instead of more FFT . The knock on HA is it doesn't last that long and is expensiv until ..why I want voluma like your getting I think Dr Oates says it can last more than 2 years ..FFT. Is hit or miss. My first procedure Dr overfilled but had nice gain from 4.75 to 5.5. But poor aesthetics and lumps .Second one was with another doctor much less fat but excellent result until reabsorption ..initially 6 or 6.25. But now list most all fat from second procedure.Dr Capriotti says he doesn't use PRP anymore and uses puregraft instead of centrifuge. Claims 98 percent of patients don't get lumps and much less reabsorption. Just wondered if you've heard about his results ? Anyway I'd appreciate if you'd keep me posted on voluma results

In my experience whenever Dr' start giving exact percentages, I'd take everything they say with a pinch of salt.

So overall, how much permanent Girth do you think you've gained? I'm currently considering a couple round of FFT followed by a PMMA round, and wondering what I can expect to have going into the PMMA round.

I have been looking at Puregraft for FFT to the face. I have been off FFT for several years but maybe they have worked out some of the bugs. it seems the local anaesthetic (lidocaine) is toxic to the fat and needs to be washed out. I would like to trial it in the penis - but don't want to give a guy lumps and bumps.

Looking at some of the research, it seems to be the case that everything is in the technique, as I'm sure you can imagine. Here is a comparison of puregraft vs centfugation in breast tissue:

Sorry for not posting a follow up to my post. 10 ml of voluma the 1st trip I received 8 in the shaft. It made a good difference from the Circe scar till about 3' down. It gave 3/4' in that area but did not fill in at the base. I went back for 10 more to fill the rest of the way down and build the base. 8 in the shaft and 2 more in the glan. There has been some swelling and bruising but only last a few days.

Where at in North Houston / North of Houston did you go? I live in Houston and am thinking of doing a temp filler before doing a more perm one. How much overall Girth did you get and does it now feel 'natural'? Also is the Girth proportional from Flaccid state to Erect state? In other words, does your pre-procedure measurements mimic your post-procedure measurements example..... you're 4' Flaccid and 4.5 Erect pre does the 'new' size lets say you gained 1', now you're 5' Flaccid and 5.5' Erect correlate? Sounds like you got a good outcome but didn't see pre and post measurements? Thanks for a response as I have an appointment to have permanent filler procedure done in January, but if I can do this locally without the travel expense, down time and the fact it's semi-permanent is very intriguing and seem a much safer way to go. Like taking a test drive before making a life long life changing decision.

Sorry for the delay, I went to a Med spa in the spring area. If you want the info send me a message. I have done 20ml of voluma, 2 separate sets of 10 ml. I have gained an Inch circumference all the way around, limp or Erect. Went from about 4.25 to 5.25 behind the gland and 4.76 to 5.75 at the base. I am 5 to 5.25 Erect length depending and limp it varies from Turtling badly to 4'. It is firming up all the time but the second treatment was only 2 weeks ago. I really love the difference in volume, so does the wife. I would post pics but she is against it. If you have felt somewhat dry silicone that is still soft enough to manipulate.. that's what it feels like at first. The 1st 10 ml was 7k and the second 10 was 5850.00 apparently the more you get done the cheaper you can get it and get discounts for allergen.
