TOPIC: Injectable Filler options in Europe

Hi Newbie here!

Im looking for some advice and hoping you may be able to help.

Im looking to get injectable fillers to increase the Girth of my penis, most likely HA.
Would anyone be able to recommend a good place to have this done? Im based between Spain and Portugal so anywhere you would recommend around there would be good but willing to travel further afield in Europe if necessary.

Im also interested in the lengthening procedure but I have concerns about the potential scarring.
