I wrote elsewhere in this forum about Progencell in Tijuana who is starting to offer this for medical reasons. Apparently it is not for aesthetic enhancement. You should contact them as their rates are fairly reasonable compared to the competition. FWIW. HC

I'm looking for information from anyone who has had stem cell procedures for their penis, their experience, and most importantly any specific physician recommendations. NOTE I am looking to have this procedure done to heal nerve damage in the penile tissue, not solely for cosmetic reasons.
