Update: So i spoke with a receptionist from progencell and she basically told me that this procedure is not for penis enlargement. She then sent me an email stating that it's to improve sexual development.. So I'm guessing with the information she emailed me it's basically to Repair damaged cells in the penis along with improving erectile dysfunction. Her name is Paolo Trevi'o.

Yea, definitely give that Cialis a try. Generic Tadalafil just became available in 2018 so now is crazy cheap..

Do you have anyone to recommend who performs the lig cut through the scrotum? I am interested in getting the procedure done, but have very light pubic hair and any scar at the base will definitely be noticeable.

Also, have you heard of any one having issues getting the lig cut done AFTER they have had PMMA Injections? I just wonder if the PMMA injections can interfere with the doctors access to the suspension ligaments. However after the surgery, I feel the extra weight from the PMMA will actually help keep the penis pulled out and Hanging properly.

I had had met with Dr. Rosenthal and he won't perform the log-cut on anyone who has had the injections. For some stupid reason at the time I don't recall asking him why..

Thanks for clarifying. Then my friend misunderstood about the size aspect of the procedure, and it is then a treatment to only enhance performance and stamina. I guess that what was meant, translation causing misunderstanding, is that size can seem larger due to greater erectile performance. I can attest that a unit will seem bigger when it is more fully pumped up with greater quantities of fluids ie blood captured inside. This is possibly where the misunderstanding came from. As a reminder the topic heading said "maybe" which in this instance is a big maybe and not a big penis lol. Maybe a Moderator can edit the topic heading respectively.

If guys here do have ED issues then maybe this would be useful. I've heard that Stem Cells especially those from one's bone marrow do a great job enhancing one's health in general. FWIW. We will wait until we hear back from a member needing a booster shot in the Long John to learn whether it ends ED or makes your stamina and performance better.

It was done by injecting Kenalog that acted in a way that slightly reduced my thickness. It helped make the shape more tapered and better balanced than before. Doctor C is quite skilled at sculpting to achieve more aesthetic results. Natural reactions to fillers aren't always identical and even the best practitioner cannot ensure the exact results in every case, which is why touch-up sessions are useful. My GF is super happy with my results. And she's a size queen if there ever was one. Without Dr C we surely wouldn't be together. Thick is a prerequisite and long would be better, but until future notice, lengthening magic cannot happen at this date.

I had PAMMA done about 4 years ago with Dr. C and the results were fucking amazing... however I too some time get the 'pig in the blanket' ... what works better than viagra is Cialias 5mg for daily use.. since taking I've never had that issue again.. it's like my Dick is always is that desired 'swollen' but Flaccid state.

But it I have a questions for you... with the Lig Cut... does your Erection point somewhat downwards? I actually want my Erection to point slightly downwards as it will appear much bigger while standing or walking around naked with a hard-on.

I got the pig in the blanket due to the notorious Turtling effect when your unit shrinks under stress, etc. This was due to a fairly thick sheath of PMMA but the original unit would tug into one's belly (an exaggeration to make a point). It did look like a stuffed olive lol.

However a ligament cut along with some stretching to prevent the ligs reattaching after surgery made me gain enough length that now at worse I get a corndog effect. This can be remedied more easily by tugging on the tip and stretching it a bit. Also taking a small amount of viagra before being seen nude reduces this effect by getting it semi-Erect. FWIW

I'm not sure who you spoke with there or what you asked for. It is a medical facility mostly helping people with tragic diseases. They aren't a PE facility but they do offer stem cell patients an additional service of removing bone marrow stem cells, cultivating them to remove traces of red blood cells to then inject them. They schedule a Urologist to assist with the latter procedure. I don't know the costs or who you must speak with there, but it is mainly to help with ED. You might ask to speak with one of the doctors to get details about the availability of said treatment. Apparently it makes no difference in size, except that with stronger erections your unit does tend to get larger when in use. FWIW.

I wouldn't say that this is competition for Doctor Casavantes. This is a procedure that has not been tried yet by anyone who has reported back to any known discussion group. However the doctor offering the procedure states that it not only helps patients who receive this with Erectile Dysfunction, but that it also "makes it larger" without specifying if it is Girth or length, nor in what proportions.

Doctor C offers procedures that significantly increase one's size. I went from very small to what people call abnormally large although my length is still below average. Dr C at one point even slightly reduced my size when it was causing problems in intimate situations. I seriously doubt that stem cell injections will give anything near such results. However, for people who don't want the injection of fillers, it might be a way of having a certain measure of enhancement using only one's own natural cells. It is said to help with libido also which is a benefit to those with such issues.

I hope this clarifies. If anyone does contact them for further information or tries the procedure, please report back. I think everyone here would be interested to learn the results. After all, future "pluripotent" stem cells might enable one to grow a much larger unit once they understand all the mechanisms. but we may be centuries from that advance in science.

@HunkChunk I didn't see on their website about using it for the penis. However i am delighted that they off financing through credit programs which is a plus. I'm going to call them tomorrow and report back what i hear about penis enlargement using their stem cell treatments. If so dr.c finally has competition..
