TOPIC: There are 2 plastic surgeons doing lig cut and penis fat transfer in my small 250k city (!!)

I was so surprised looking at plastic surgeons in my area.
I found 6 so far, and 2 of them offer lig cut and penis fat transfer.
In a city with about 250k inhabitants.
Wtf.

This sounds like mainstream.
