Agree with hoddle10. Here track record is quite good. You don't get perfect track records when it comes to surgeries like these.

Agree with thebeast1 here. Seen people claiming she does not use disinfection also over the last days. This is just a lie, at least she did on me. She also uses a blunt canula. Post-op care is different, but she has better aestetic results so who knows? I did a combination of Dr N and Dr C. Aestetic wise she is considered to give better results. As beast points out this might have to do with smaller amount injected as much as technique. The fewer the entry points the better assuming similar end results. Injection points often give nodules and are at risk for infection. Regarding antibiotics it is smart if one want to be on the safe side, but as beast points out something must go wrong for it to be infected. Overuse of antibiotics is a major problem and the cynic in me says that people like us that inject our penises to get bigger should not be given antibiotics until an infection is actually present. Surprised there are so few people offering this considering the amount of clinics injecting fillers all over Europe.

What you think of any surgeon will be largely influenced by your own result.
Some will have had problems with Dr N and found her lacking. Some wil have great success.
Some will have good results with the Elist implant and love the man.

Regardless of how good or bad you think she is, Dr N is who we have and that's it.

As far as I know there are none. I liked Dr N, but I would prefer going to someone that answers e-mails quickly and also speak good english. The problem is that when shit hits the fan it is really difficult to communicate. Going to Mexico as you say for 3-4 rounds is really difficult due to time and money. I do however disagree about the entry points. She has in general good aesthetic results when comparing to Dr C and entry points often give nodules. One entry point is an advantage if you ask me.

Well I guess there is a difference with a antibiotic cream and the "proper" oral type.. I would think the later one would not work well with alcohol!

I think Dr N is getting unfair stick here. We've had her patients reporting here for about 5 years and this is the first infection we've encountered.

I see your point George, however, a single entry point isn't necessarily optimal, even where aesthetics is concerned. Multiple entry points is a more balanced approach, and it's indicative of an experienced applicator. Factoring in good pre and post care attention, as well as better technology (cannula application), and his contributions to academic papers focused on the improvement of PE procedures, Dr. C is clearly the superior doctor...if she's even a doctor at all.

Given both short and long-term projections of male cosmetic/enhancement procedures in Europe, and the vacancy of doctors with proven filler experience, there is a *massive* opportunity present. If I were Dr. Oates, I'd shift some work to the other Calibre docs and spend the next few months starting up a clinic in Europe. Just from leads here alone, he'd be raking it in. $$$

Agree we need more options, but a lot of people working with fillers might not want to inject into the penis. That is quite understandable. Another problem is one we also think about. No one know how this will go long term. Would you AS a proffesional gamble that everything will work out in the long term? If a lot of complications show up 10 years later some people might go out of business and have their reputation ruined.

Product administration from different locations yield more balanced applications. The evidence is elementary. You can obviously reach more places effectively if you apply from more places. As for nodules, if properly massaged shortly following application, these almost always go away. Eventually the overwhelming majority disappear with time. As for aesthetics, this is entirely subjective.

What evidence do you have that multiple entry points is better? Entry points are frequent sites of nodules for many guys. I also don't think that Dr. N is inferior in terms of aesthetic outcomes. In fact, most case reports would argue that she is superior, particularly because she always uses less. I also don't see the need for antibiotics being prophalaxtically administered. If your entry site gets infected, something has gone wrong.

If you think a doctor who didn't administer antibiotics after a penile filler procedure, and okayed you to drink alcohol right afterwards, is on par with Dr. C, then it's very likely there's no convincing you otherwise.

I totally agree with thebeast and George here..

BTW, she use a antibiotic cream that she puts in the sticky thing over the injection site..

The level of care would be much higher if there was.
She has no incentive to improve.
