Solid responses guys, thank you. Off topic, would either of you know how I can view pictures on here, I paid for a membership a couple weeks ago.

This is very open question. Everyone on here has their own stories. I would say read through the guys threads who have decided to pull the trigger.

Not only future side effects but there are aesthetic issues (nodules and such) that can happen.. 0% gains in a round have been reported as well.

Darkstaff's story is next-level troubling to me (many people on here disagree, but) - you may want to read into that as well.

It's an absolute roll of the dice, that's why most guys on here say if you have a nice looking, average unit- don't touch it.

Never underestimate the will of men, Young Grasshopper. Men take the risk for a wide array of psychological and physiological reasons. Just look at steroids. Even knowing in advance that they will shorten lives, a multitude of men take them for purely cosmetic reasons. I competed in professional sports and never took them, yet these guys, who won't win any medals, prizes or money, take them just to gain an extra edge. For some that extra edge is everything, and they're willing to do whatever to attain it.

Pmma isn't the only option. Some of us are considering a filler called Ellanse. It's a stimulatory filler, which means that the process of having it in you incites collagen production so that your own body continues to create your desired growth. From most accounts, it seems to be safer and much more stable than pmma. There is an innovative doctor on this board called Dr. Oates, from Australia, who is offering Ellanse to patients looking to safely augment their penile girth. Has anyone had PMMA for more than 4 years?

It's based on logic when compared with the likely complication rates with other options.

Let's say the chances of having issues with PMMA over the next 20 years is 10%, you need to compare that with the possibility of having problems with other methods.

When PMMA became popular on here the other options were the Elist implant, FFT, Alloderm/Belloderm, Dermal Grafts and PLGA Scaffolds. They all have a much higher than 10 complication rate. Hence PMMA makes sense.

However, there are now other temporary options.

Also the most important thing to remember is that there is no "great" option and doing nothing is nearly always the best choice for everyone bar those who struggle to function in life due to size insecurities.

As stated by people on the forum before it is the best of a lot of bad options in my opinion. If you read my progress report I have stated why I unfortunately feel I have to go down this road. For me it has been a really difficult situation and I am not the sort of person that normaly would do this, but came to a point I felt I really did not have a choice. Best is to do nothing and live your life, but if that is not possible for one way or the other you need to look at options. I looked into the temporary solutions and think those are great if you are married and have the money and time to spend every 2nd/3rd of your vacations on your penis. I am single and will most likely remain that due to size insecurities. If I had a temporary filler and met a girl and my penis decreased in size over the years I would need to explain that. Then I would need to inform here that I need to spend money and vacation time to refill. It is also at least for me something I do not tell other people since it can be used against you. You do not want to be known as the guy with a fake Dick. I have PMMA in me now and will have it forever. I might strongly regret this in the future and feel regret even now after some extremely tough days, but if I did nothing I would need to live with my insecurities. Regarding long term people have had PMMA in them for 30 years and complication rates seem low. If you had this in your nose because you had a low spot or something you would not have been thinking that much about it. It is because you inject the penis that fear mode is extremely high. If I was average and had not received negative comments and got repetive business with girls after sex I would never have done this. Unfortunately that was not the case.

Actually quite impressed I had the Balls to go through with this. I don't think many would. Then I consider that desperation is perhaps different from courage. Doesn't matter now.

Why are so many people going for PMMA when we don't know what the future side effects are??

Lots of guys. I waited for 5 years after the first bunch of people started reporting their results, before I got PMMA.

I feel as though I have no choice, il do what ever it takes until my penis is average, I don't actually want to have PMMA, but I know that il end up having it.
