Has anyone have used trimix and had an enlargement

Excellent and well researched answer. All this was after ENZYTE's claim of enhancement by provoking proliferation of cells in the spongy tissue - this also no shown results to back it up.

Enlargement is only by manual PE and injecting fillers ...

Yes, Trimix works fine post procedure, but you may need a longer needle

I think the last reply was meant to poke fun, and your question is legitimate. I have researched using TriMix extensively. I even have purchased many vials of PGE1 to use with a formulation I haven't yet designed and I am now hesistant to do so. There are issues with it. The original doctor in Toronto who patented the penis enlargement process using TriMix no longer accepts patients. I have tried as well as other members but we are sent away packing (pun intended). It appears he isn't doing it anymore and has engaged stealth mode only taking local residents as patients for standard urological consultations.

The theory behind the TriMix or QuadMix treatment (originally for ED) is the following:

- You use a specially formulated powerful muscle relaxant cream
- You inject your unit with TriMix carefully dosed to provide long erections
- Your unit is stretched by a strong Erection while the relaxant softens long muscle tissue

The problems with this actually working are:

- The doctor gave only vague hints at what composes his magical stretching cream
- TriMix isn't best as only its PGE1 ingredient gives results without lasting side-effects
- Papaverine in TriMix can cause fibrosis, scar tissue that can distort your unit's shape
- Alprostadil aka Prostaglandin or PGE1 found in TriMix is harmless but causes bad pain
- Even using the safe if not painless ingredient in TriMix, PGE1, there are other risks
- Serious risk of Priaprism in erections >4 hours causing tissue death (ie Dick amputation)
- Priaprism episodes require oral Terbutaline or intracavernosal Pseudoephrine injections
- Potential side of numerous needle injection scars is Peronies disease (ie curved Dick)
- Erectile Dysfunction injections are hard to do through thick PMMA enhanced tissues
- There is no known evidence of this ever actually working, even if the theory is promising
