What fat transfer advancements have you seen where the fat isn't absorbed ?

I suspect you've been misled, unless you're talking about skin grafts, entirely different thing.

You really need to have a read through this forum. Forget everything you think you already know about Phalloplasty. If your source of information has been websites like that then it's highly likely that you no nothing about what really works. The only options currently available to enlarge the penis are PMMA and HA.

...and PE.

Hello everyone,

It's already years that I am trying to take the decision to do a phalloplasty surgery but because of the price of the surgery and because it's still a surgery I always waited but I keep taking information.

I am quite really confused right now...as far as I understood avoid like pestilence the Dr. Ellis implant because it seems really bad (and I can't understand how he is still operating after so many problems he caused to so many people).

The fat tranf...well we know is not that good BUT I red somewhere that with modern technique there is no more reassorption of the fat and so on www.deutsches-zentrum-urologie.com/en/pe...enis-thickening.html

I also red around here about injections....it doesn't seems for me and also isn't permanent....and anyway I will probably not be able to inject something in my penis.

So is penis enlargment really a mith? Is there something that will work with really little percent of potential side effects?

I didnt see alot because its not common yet the all HA injections to the penis and all the HA brands still in the diapers... And people dont want to spand alot of money for temporary results , but i hope there be enough bazz around it so people find out something else from PMMA , my opinion is HA with a good brand of course not like macrolane is the best method right now to enhance our Girth and with some nice natural results too not like PMMA its also dissolved but usually people dont use this option because the results are so good , you can see some nice results in dr jayson qates website...

PE = Penile Exercise (Jelqing, stretching, Hanging, pumping, etc)

I eared that exercize are not really working....and I am more looking for widening more than lenghtening.

I do understand that every surgery has a risk factor BUT it seems that there are procedure (like Dr. Ellis implant) that has a way big % of problematic more than other.

I also don't think that is true about if it was easy everyone would have it because otherwise all girls should have the boobs of Pamela Anderson.

Breast implant right now is quite a common surgery and there are really few cases of post surgery problem (if the surgery was made by a good doctor and not by the neighbourn).

So both HA and PMMA aren't permanent?

Anyone from Europe that can advise about a famous clinic?

Exercises may not work fast, but they work. I've been pumping consistently since February of this year, while consuming a collagen product, and have gained over a half Inch of thickness.

Actually PE can be used as both "penis exercises" as well as "Penis enlargement" (a broader term encompassing exercises and surgery). Look into context when you see "PE" as I often use the latter definition, others may not.
