I understand that there is no perfect penis, every Dick has its complications but those are mostly visual, not complications with the touch and feel of it. That's the thing people dont talk about before they get this procedure. Its going to FEEL different to. They are injecting here, there and everywhere and its impossible to inject the perfect layer all around your penis. Theres gonna be a little more here than there is their, you understand? Plus if the after care isn't perfect that you have to deal with those complications as well.
Jd123 have you had the procedure or are you deciding on it?

(I'm hoping he can cut n the middle of the scrotum where our god given stitching was made! That would be ideal
JD there are much worse cases but this is just unlivable. If I want a girlfriend, a wife to spend the rest of my life with, I need my penis to be in order. Plain and simple. Maybe im in fantasy land but my goal is that months after surgery the scar is unnoticeable and I can go on with my life like I never had it.
Chester im not sure how much DR C put in but I know it was a alot. I had 2 full (and I mean FULL) procedures where I remember him telling me "that's enough for you" plus a touch up appointment. I would say the max 30% for sure but not sure how much cc.
Pictures and updates will follow in the coming days.

I'm im days out from my surgery and things pretty much suck. Ive been in bed this wile time, missing out on work opportunities, nights out with friends and family etc... I've moved back in with my family cuz I can't face this issue alone.
This whole waiting game for more PMMA, scar healing just blows. But a recent concert of mine is this sharp pain I get when I squeeze the area where the PMMA was removed. I feel this shock sensation that travels up to the head of my penis whenever I squeeze it. Nerve damage? Anybody else deal with something like this? Pretty fuckng scary and ill be visiting my PCP soon to see if he has an idea what's going on.

The idea is not to obsess about what it looks like right now. It WILL get better with time. Get your mind onto other things. The NFL season is about to start!

PSSSSST - Your Dick is FINE.
I think we tend to forget here that dicks all look weird and have different shapes. Don't spend the money. So what if it's a little uneven. I'm totally serious.

Well, you're not alone in any of this. I'd recommend getting it ALL out in ONE degloving surgery. Or, the other scar you had... doing it piece by piece like I did was a mistake.

The bottom left area towards the base not only jets out but more importantly is jam packed with PMMA creating a massive bulge that appears to stick out. It is both herder than other areas along the shaft and feels very obvious to the touch, especially when compared to the underside where theres no product.
Smalljay heres what concerns me about filling in around it:
1. Theres ALOT of PMMA around my shaft and the added weight is effecting my erections! I'm not getting as hard b.c my bloodflow simply can't compete within the added weight. Adding more would make it even more difficult.
2. To me, more is not better at this point (my Girth is over 6 inches at the base)
My Ultimate goal is to have a successful Removal of this area THEN GO BACK TO DR C. and have a very conservative touch up/microdroplet appointment to fill back in the area. This time done correctly so its even from top to bottom.
You raise some very good points and I will sit on those potential disasters for the coming months but you and I are both aware how stubborn we can be when it comes to these things.
