nesbit performed a surgery to correct curvature congenita day 03/14/2016, I realized that I'm not feeling my glans, I wonder whether passenger or had any problems in surgery

If you were degloved, that can happen -- usually on the skin between the deglove and the glans.

I had plication a few years ago, and I can't remember much, but there's so much swelling in the first week, it will disrupt sensation.

It's possible the dorsal nerve was bruised during surgery. Once that returns to normal, your sensitivity should return. But I don't know much about this type of surgery.
