I'm not sure I understand but is he referring to a silicone spacer? Yea, these supposed novelties aren't new at all, tried, recycled, and failed. Unless you believe a hair restoration specialist found the Holy Grail for lengthening...

I got the email too. I have sent him an email about the procedure. Basically he would only offer to his existing patients with girth enhancement. A silicon material used for cheek and chin is inserted in between the injection to prevent penis from turtling.

This is his email:
Dr. Loria has finally begun the flaccid lengthening project. The objective is to determine if the flaccid insert, which is made of a silicone rubber material used for facial chin and cheek implants, will allow for maximal flaccid length while in the non-erect or flaccid state. Dr Loria is very optimistic that this will not only work but will be a very desirable and sought after procedure by many. What man wants to shrink down when soft? This insert is designed to prevent 'shrinkage' and in combination with penile shaft girth enlargement treatments, the shaft will be much longer and much thicker in the flaccid state....a very different, profound, and stark change from the normal flaccid shrunken state. Back in May he was looking for local patients as research subjects. So the trial has finally begun.

Personally I would love to see what the result is like. Turlting has always been my nightmare I wonder if a silicone stick can insert without the PMMA-or similar-type of material.

I was wondering why Dr.L didnt have e.g. measurement s i guess he injects platnium while soft? How would that make sense?. I am looking for Girth enhancement, his gains on website seem a little more than PMMA.Was gonna go to Dr.c but i think i would need atleast 2 sessions to get me to my goal. Anyone have anything good or bad about Dr.L platnium Girth. This is my 1st post so im probably in wrong forum

I use to think dr loria was best for making Girth enlargement, but i heard from others members that his pictures are fake. Also he never really told you what he's injecting into while other doctors did.

Dr c isn't that bad, yeah you may have to go a couple of rounds before you reach your goal. I'm sure if you really need it you can get 30% but I wouldn't recommend it since you could have a lot of complications.

Guys! Anybody know's what's the "device" Dr. Loria uses for lenght enhancement?Quote from his web-site:

I don't understand how it will working? We know that if you want to gain some Erect length, you also need to gain your FSL. So, if implant doesn't stretch the penis, it will not work
