But i dont understand what dr c does in the touch up round if for exemple i dont want any more Girth and only to smooth out the results and to give the shape more natural results? I mean if he inject more PMMA isnt its automtically give you more Girth?

Hey im new here and i saw some before & after photos that Avanti Derma send me and i wonder how the hell its look so smooth ?! I mean its dosent even get closer to the results that people posting here maybe its photoshop? And if its not how can i also get this kind of smooth natrual looking shape ? Like what is the "secret"?

Not necessarily, they can do a touch up than doesn't inject much, usually under 5cc. Round two is more than 5cc and commonly 10-15cc.

A "touchup" is cheaper and less invasive. Some patients are fine with their Girth after round one. Touch up or Round two is to even things out if there is a void area or if a Nodule needed removed.
