He had some kind of single-strip fat graft (not sure if it's called that - but it looked like that). He was already 7 x 6, though the nurses in the OR called it 'small' (he was Flaccid...so wtf) - and the documentary maker (who talked about his own 3.5" penis) tried to convince him not to do it for 30 miuntes. I can't tell if he had the lig cut, but he might have. He was shown how to hang and how to use an ESL40-like device post op. They were very sparse on the surgical details & mostly focused on the "why" side. The long term results are unknown. He also went into how he overheard some girls talking in the bathroom about how big some guy was, and that was the last straw for him...and with his Dick, he'd never hear that life (with a 7 x 6 Dick... wtf?) I don't get it. but that was the story.
