I thought to take the surgery with DR. Rosental but the problem is the "USA".

I need to get a VISA for getting in USA borders.

I tried twice and denied so US doctor is not an option.

I spent a lot of money just for getting VISA. I prefer to take my money and spend it on the surgery.

I hope I can find a good Doctor in other country with reasonable prices.

Most every one here is talking about Dr C, who is Dr Casavantes, NOT DR Camacho.

I "feel" it is deceiving to call that cutting the ligaments of the penis a "Lengthening surgery" since in many cases, but not all, it may result in an actual SHORTENING of the penis even though the patient may have some problems with post care.

It should be called Release of the penis ligaments surgery and leave it open like that, but then again it will never sell well!

$6000 is waaaaay too much. I know last time I checked with Dr Camacho he offered it for $2500, but this was a couple of years ago....

I am re-considering Dr Runels "improved" PRFM treatment at about $1900 with supposedly about 0.5" or better Erect length gains...I'll keep you informed.

I recently found out Dr Camacho does not use general anestasia for the lig cut. so basically u have to be awake with local anestasia. that should be pretty painful. but in the other hand Dr Camacho does the surgery through the scrotum so the scar wont be visible. Dr Rosenthal does the lig cut in the pubic area so the scar will be more noticeble. So i've decided to go with Dr Camacho but i will have to request general anestasia.

Virtually all lengthening procedures require a post-op stretching regimen (for 6 months in this instance) in order to realize any gains (especially Erect). And yes, there are no guarantees.

I am very happy with the results, as I estimate that I gained around an Inch in Flaccid length. After this surgery I spent a week at a nudist resort, proud instead of ashamed of my unit. I only did the stretching routine for about 6 weeks and then gave it up. I have retained my results. I also noted that Flaccid length increases with the amount of weight of one's unit. Each PMMA session has given me a lower Hanging Flaccid.

The doctor does use general but it's very mild. You don't remember anything. Once you wake up, your walking around so I know it's very mild.

As far as I know and generally speaking, a lig cut requires general anesthesia.

I had scar tissue removed by dr camacho for $2500 2 months ago and cutting ligament is kinda same thing. I think he quoted you with Bella derm enlargement. I will recheck it

Dr Rosenthal did mine both length and Girth and it worked fine.... i did have to use Hanging to get the contraction ( after surgery) and the added length.
