TOPIC: Has anyone had the 30% shaft 10% top combo?

How about if dr c invested in a laboratory type mixer? One of those vibrating or spinning thingies ? Or get the 2 concentration s mixed properly at a medical lab in the u.s?

Really? I just booked my appointment last week and the guy i spoke to on the telephone said his name was Christian. weird.

I have been to Dr C's office multiple times and I saw Mel cleaned/sterilized everything before my session, he even cleaned/sterilized the top and BOTTOM of the tray that held the PMMA and the other equipment. I am not defending Dr C, but I am stating what I saw.

Compare that to elist, A BEVERLY HILLS dr no less, who performed a VERY INVASIVE surgery on ME in is his non sterile office, no masks, no hat, and there were so many other "non sterile things" that he did (he lifted the trash pan and moved it near him to collect blood soaked patches While he was operating on my open penis and never changed his surgical gloves, his assistant had no mask and had long greasy hair!!!!) I can write pages about elist medical violations, but I regress!.

As far as I know, there have been either no cases of infection caused by Dr C Mixing of PMMA. There may have been other cases of infection that happened to some of Dr C's patients that were due to other factors than mixing of the PMMA such as entry point infection, water infection and so on, but I do not remember any. If there were any infections due to DR C's mixing of PMMA, please speak you facts!.

If Miracles rolling idea proves to show consistent results, then surely there would be no reason no to go back to using 20% or mixing 16%. I often thought some of the 20% results looked a bit lumpy and assumed it was because the carrier prevented the 2 concentrations mixing well. But if one could smooth out the result with good post op care, then why not mix?

I never got the concern about the mixing being done in Dr C's office, as it's standard for cosmetic surgeons to mix injectables in their office. I think BigBen made a bit of a fuss about it, but I always thought that particular criticism was a bit ridiculous. It's normal to mix things like Restylane with some anesthetic. It's done everyday in the US in thousands of plastic surgeons offices, yet if someone does the same thing in Mexico, people raise their eyebrows.

Not that it matters much, I almost wonder if Miracle is talking to the same Dr C as everyone else?

I've had 2 rounds of the 30/10 combo and have no lumps and am very happy with my results. I'm about 6 months our from round 1 and 4 from round 2.

They're not very big fans of mixing the 20 im pretty sure, but they will do it. They said they moved to 30 due to conplaints from this board, the results are about the same and they dont have to spend the time titrating. I think it comes down to feel difference. I dont mind the 30, and i have more critical people examining mine than most of you guys. Just commit to proper aftercare and really listen to their instructions to prevent irregularities.

Like said above nothing is wrong with their mixing technique, they don't need different machinery. You do need to give prior notice.

I have all three concentrations also. Last round was the 10/30 split, happy with results. I wouldnt put anything besides 10 by glands.

Based on your experience...What would you reccomend in the shaft miracle....20% mixed or the pure 30%?
Going in for round 2 in a week or so and not sure which to go for??(had 10% r 1 and want a bit more next time)

I might not have understood Christian, but I thought he said they aren't doing 20 anymore...maybe that's not what he meant.

Anyway, is the main goal of 30/10 to minimize lumps? How far post are you two (that had the split 10/30)? What did you find best about the 30/10 vs all 10 or all 30? I thought there might be too much of a taper from the middle shaft to the sub-glans area (going from 30 to 10), but it sounds like it's not?

If you go for 20%,Do you need to give prior notice for this,So mel can get it mixed up in advance,or can he do it there and then apon demand?

Maybe the confusion is because 20% is available, but only if you request it in advance, as Jimbo22 says. But if you request it on the the day of the procedure it's not an option. Hence some think they do not offer 20% and others think they do.
