If all you want is half an Inch, and you follow post op care, I think .5" complication free is easy. go for 10%, do the work, probably a second procedure and you're good to go. Just my opinion but I've been there.

So if i get the 10% would the gains be as permanent as a higher concentration? I've read that 10% gains diminish more easily. Maybe im misinformed

Like Carl said, nothing can be guaranteed. However, Dr. C seems to have refined his technique over the past few years and the results show that. I think that because you are wanting to err on the more conservative enhancement with emphasis on natural aesthetics, you should go with 10%. That said, you can easily obtain a .5" increase with 10%. But, the overall outcome is dependent on how your body reacts, post op care, and other factors. I do, however, think you could come out on the other side with a very natural appearance.

Just watching out for my brothers! If you are prepared to take the plunge, IMHO, you can do no better than Dr. Casavantes. I'd ask for 10% if I were you. You could easily get 1/4" or more and have a nice, natural, soft result. Best wishes in your future PE endeavors.

Nobody will be able to make that guarantee for you. There will likely be something not "totally natural", it just depends on what is acceptable for you. If you require perfection this isn't the procedure for you. If you can accept slight imperfections then it might be a good fit.

If you gain even 1/2" from PMMA you ARE going to notice the implant. Will others? That's debatable and depends greatly on the aesthetics and the partner(s) investigations. If you are considering penile bioplasty, I would hope you've read the entire forum and the previous forum along with the countless medical papers available online. Making a half-assed, uninformed decision that is permanent and has risks without doing adequate research is foolish. Your penis is of average size bigdick1. Nothing to be ashamed about; not one iota. Length gains come from stretching the penis via weights, traction with a bungee or springs. It takes many months or years to gain significant size. With only 21 posts under your belt, I hope that you are not seriously considering a still experimental procedure with no long term data available on use in the penis.

Hi there and welcome. Are you a Grower or shower? Are you cut or uncut? If you're cut and not a severe retractor, I would say that could look ok, you should be able to pass with that. For the kind of gains you're looking for I'd say 10%, probably just one session. Make sure you do your research, read all the progress reports, know the risks and things that can go wrong. Darkstaff, Cool Hand Luke, and a few others (Olafspo? I can't remember) have had very rough experiences leading to complications including serious invasive corrective surgeries.
