I am wondering if it's possible to put PMMA on the underside. Kind of like the hull of a ship. Unsure if it would pinch the urethra or not. I think they wrap fat grafts around the whole shaft but unsure. Otherwise your penis is ending up like a humpback whale LOL.

I had base side injections and even a few at the middle of the shaft also close to the sides...

Has anyone had PMMA injected to the underside of the penis? Not directly over the Urethra, but around it? Maybe on the sides? All of my injection sites were on the top of the penis, and or the sides.

They will not risk urethral compression. The Metacril' website has an excellent diagram depicting areas of appropriate implantation. I guess gsxr7501941 will have to settle having a whale of a Dick. lmao
