Your insinuation that PhalloBoards is biased in favor of Dr. C is blatantly untrue, but I am not going to get roped into defending our integrity and spend time explaining to you something that if you haven't realized by now (with all your time on the forum), you won't get anyhow. I am guessing that you at least believe that there was shilling (on dr. Loria's behalf) going on. Am I correct? Instead of thanking SO for the hours of his own free time tracking down proxy emails and Pm the shills themselves, you attack him and the site (except for M7) for not be "open minded" enough. And now, after the scam has been exposed, you are throwing a mini tantrum , accusing the moderators of not being "open minded", and to not scare the doctor away. The reason this site was created was to prevent the very thing that doctor Loria tried to pull from happening. If we weren't so vigilante, then this Site would just be another shill infested nightmare, like it was with Mynewsize I would like to see Dr. Loria answer the questions about his PE procedure too, but to pretend that he didn't try to pull a fast one from the beginning, would be ridiculous. Messageman
I am going to have to agree with Messageman here. This thread has Dr. Loria's name on it, and it would only suit all future prospects to be aware of all the questions posed to the physician and his method from the very beginning.
I don't believe the word "smear" is a fair characterization of this thread. If anyone objectively analyzes each post, you'll see there are more often questions than conclusions. As Messageman pointed out, the insinuation that there is any agenda other than the free flow of information is preposterous. I could have prevented Dr. Loria from joining this forum altogether, but instead not only did I approve his account but welcomed him as cordially as a forum Admin can.
We must be willing to ask the tough questions. If anyone wishes to get their own answers, they are welcome to contact the doctor directly. Otherwise, if Dr. Loria is promoting a new penis enlargement method, it would be wise for him to address the most prolific PE-Surgery forum on the web. For those who are much newer to the forum, if you take the time to review the old PhalloBoards (Phalloplasty.proboards.com), including threads found here, you'll see that PMMA (and Dr. C's office) were grilled for every nook and cranny of info possible before men even began setting up appointments. And it wasn't until after a few waves of brave pioneers that we were able to ascertain the short-term realities of PMMA. And with all this being said, we're still not entirely sure of the long-term implications. However, with Dr. Loria, there has been such a lack of transparency that it raises questions, and fairly so.
And let us not forget the shilling element. No credible doctor should ever engage in such practices.
I feel that he should remain on this thread, and if he's a genuinely ethical doctor with a truly effective method, he'll be able to support it with thorough answers, picture submissions, etc.

I like how you think. I trying to understand how it works as well. He told me avrage amout is 10 -60cc per session. Its not all silikon 1000. I am wondering if the silikon is sold in micro droplet foarm? Or is that why he has to mix it. I also wonder the size of the droplet compared to PMMA bead size? Any how you sound like a great person to call and ask the
Indepth questions. Let's keep the discussion going.
Unless Dr. Loria is willing to reveal his "proprietary" information, everything will be speculation & guesses. No thanks to a syringe full of "speculation & guesses" in my Dick.
His "cocktail" isn't something revolutionary. It's just a clever way to perform a cost-effective penile bioplasty with a permanent filler in the states. Think about it, no one can afford Artefill, and Linnea Safe & Metacrill are not FDA approved. So he has to find something that is (i.e. Silikon 1000), and mix it in such a way where he can distribute the product 10cc+ of the product without an insanely high number of injections. He does all this in light of the fact that Silikon 1000 clearly states it is not to be mixed with other substances. He's ultimately finding a way to jump onto the penile bioplasty bandwagon, and finding a cheap alternative to Artefill is why he has this "cocktail." What concerns me is what is in this cocktail. Who knows what is being mixed to keep the "overhead costs" low. How safe are the other substances that he's mixing with the Silikon 1000?And as Smartman pointed out, there is no way Dr. Loria was completely oblivious to the techniques of other physicians around the world. And I wouldn't be surprised if he was aware of this forum (and consequently, the success of penile bioplasty in the short term) well before he introduced his own method publicly.

14 years 3 weeks ago #1278187250Is Dr. C even made to carry insurance? What if there were complications and I needed to sue? What are the laws governing multinational lawsuits? I'm almost certain there would be no recourse for me if something were to go wrong or a Dr. using less the medical grade PMMA ?
Greed will keep them in check but what happens if greed makes them want to cut corners? Here, at least Dr. Loia MUST carry insurance and is subject to the laws of this land.
I would trust him more than Dr. C just for the facts stated above. There are repercussions for Dr. L that go beyond money.

14 years 3 weeks ago #1274371316There is a bit of revisionist history that is been created here for whatever reason. Check out the old thread for yourself phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa...lay&thread=90&page=1 . The odd thing is IMO, any “negative” info about PMMA gets immediately attacked. It is almost like antibodies swarming to defend a body against foreign invaders. IIRC, there was a member who showed up a couple of months ago with PMMA issues who got a horrific reception. I have had pm’s and chats with members with complications who are not comfortable discussing on the forum for fear of attacks.kcchief wrote: I had no idea the doctor c was under the microscope like he was,and respect how he handled it by being transparent.
Please keep in mind if you are considering Silkon that silicon oil will have the exact same risks as PMMA except that the FBG’s caused by silicon oil can be much worse in their severity. Please see the papers presented in the Complications thread.

Thank you so much for the research and detail you put into that epic post of yours.
That''s got to be nail in the coffin for this shithead (AKA Dr. Loria). I really can't see how any sane man would consider this guy for a hair weave, much less a procedure on his one and only schlong.

14 years 3 weeks ago #1274339318Dr Loria on the other hand is using what appears to be his own propriety cocktail and is developing his own technique.
You say they are both willing to inject material they "believe" in, but one is clearly taking a much greater leap of faith than the other.

Your vague answers to "very specific questions" that most readers are interested in knowing, is waste of my time. why don't you shut me up by answering the questions? ....because you can't
Yet, you quickly answer the question about cost and you direct it at one reader.... how futile!
answer the important questions, and I as told you before you will be collecting good money form readers on this site if you prove to have a safe and successful procedure.
So far you have said NOTHING SPECIFIC about your procedures and about the scientific questions that you are being asked by very knowledgeable veterans on this board, proving to me at least, that you do not have any measurable success since you give us not a single proof....
If you do not come back and answer these important questions about the safety, success, before and after pictures, the claims about the length increase then you will loose 90% of your potential customers in this site (you have lost many already due to those fake pictures), and let me remind you that they are hundreds that will go to you "IF" you prove yourself like Dr C proved himself....I will let you know how Dr C proved himself: in "MOST" cases, he UNDERSOLD his results and most people got successful outcome....
You on the other hand made a "FATAL" mistake that you will never recover from: you oversold your "Phantom procedure", your "supposed patients" produced "FAKE" pix and you continue the "run around answers".
I am giving you "business" advice that you should already know and should practice....and If you answer the questions to our satisfaction, I and many more will be one of your patients and only I will ask for a discount for my advice

If what you mean by "off topic smearing" is the accusation, investigation and eventual banning of shills supporting (and most logically employed by) Dr. Loria's office then I would have to say that it definitely is "on topic".This action calls into question the very ethics of the doctor and hence anything further he has to say.So I will address the elephant in the room and ask him why he felt the need to employ shady tactics such as shills and possible fake photographs.

Re: Dr. Loria
14 years 3 weeks ago #1274230267My guess would be he is likely injecting a temporary filler. Like all PE procedures, if it sounds too good to be true it likely is.
Has he injected himself ? Some PE doctors will claim they have had the procedure done on themselves, but they will never show proof. They know PE surgery is dangerous, after witnessing the aftermath of many of their own disfigured patients firsthand.

Btw you penis is huge. You don't need to consider an enlargement procedure. Also at the moment one of our members is making good progress investigating a good temporary option and the Dr is based in Florida. Wouldn't that be a better compromise than allowing and osteopath to inject with a a product that very little is known about for filling large volumes and the manufacturer explicitly states shouldn't be used in this manner?
I am not huge in my mind, more like average. I have not always been this big either. I've been practicing manual PE off and on since 2002. I guess the stigma sticks with you until you have a monster. Plus, I have an Inch + of fat pad so it doesn't look 8", more like 6.75-7. I need EG to make me feel 'huge' and don't like the idea of Clamping nor PGE1. Too much time and still risky.
I am a member over @ PEGym and there are pix there and even at Thundersplace from about 2003. look me up under 'Cya at 8' if you are interested in the pix.
Thanks to Obsessed for the info. Definitely made me think more about Dr. Loria.
A resounding yes. 2 of them are in prison. 2 others had their medical licenses taken away from them, but sadly only after years and years of butchering guys. It's just so difficult to take action against them. Most guys just don't seem to get that the reason so few Dr's do PE surgery is that it's fraught with problems that can't be controlled via surgical skill. The surgeons that still do these procedures tend do be mavericks or those that don't have anywhere else to go and are dependent of doing PE for their livelihood.
Take Dr Krakovsky, for example, he used to work in a now defunct pain management center that also owned the company Gary Rhienchild worked for. That's how he got into PE surgery and if he left what could he do? He's got no real qualifications. It's either continue in PE surgery or retire. Look at Rosenthal, after his involvement with Mel Rosentein, realistically who would employ him?
Gary Alter is very honest and tells it straight. He no longer does Girth procedures as his practice is diverse and he's therefore always busy and doesn't need the money. The only guys who do these procedures are those that depend on it for their living.

Re: Dr. Loria
14 years 3 weeks ago #1278162685I don't plan on doing this procedure for a year or so. There is plenty of time for any side effects\bad experiences to rear their ugly heads. That's what I mean by due diligence. I'm ok with my size as is. Not going to risk it without some positive info that I can verify. I wouldn't even do it for for free at this point.

IF you are receiving such PM's then you need to report it to our moderators and they will make sure to do the right thing for the parties involved. You have that right and you should not give up so easy. If you are having a consultation with dr loria, then it will be to every one's advantage to consider posting your experience. Some how, for me at least, not posting will further the suspicion at hand.
Fat Cat, as far as I know you still haven't contacted any of the moderation team regarding the threats you received via PM. Please do so at the earliest opportunity, as these are serious allegations and we need to take care of them.
It would be really good if you could post the actual messages so the whole forum could see what has been going on.
