This thread is being locked until BigJunk & ICE_CREAM contact me regarding their violation of Rule (R12.) which states:

(R12.)Account deceit is forbidden. (a) Multiple member accounts are not permitted. If you have mistakenly created two, delete one of them or have the site Administrator delete the one of them for you. (b) The use of Proxy servers, or any other means to disguise one's authentic IP address is forbidden.

The fact that not one, but two "interested Dr. Loria prospects" are running off a proxy smells so intensely like shill that, without a valid explanation, will be deemed as such. Account bans may be issued, and the forum will be made aware. I certainly hope this up & coming doctor isn't involved if there is indeed shady business going on. The "benefit of the doubt" is about as thin as thin can get, but I hope that this is ultimately a misunderstanding. Time will tell.

BigJunk & ICE_CREAM are asked not to continue posting (if done so, will result in instant and permanent ban) until this matter is resolved. Contact me either by Private message or Email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

This topic will reopen when the matter is sorted out.

but he is not being helpful or seems like he even wants any business

the guy replies to only his shill accounts questions and is very evasive....seems like a con man trying to sell you the golden gate bridge

i am looking into getting a Girth procedure done by end of year and i was thinking about this until i read the whole thread and then saw the doctors replies....pathetic

Hi Guys, I will try to respond to your questions as best I can. I would encourage other guys to call and collect info too so we get a clearer picture. @SO I met with Dr Rosenthal after my divorce and planned on getting grafts right away. To be honest I was having a late mid life crisis and he told me to wait a while until I was feeling more upbeat about life. Also he said at my age the risk of complications is higher than a young guy, and I will take longer to heal. Then I read about re-absorption and decided to hold off even though I think Rosenthal is a good guy. I leaned about Dr Loria just recently, and I think I was jumping the gun yesterday. Sometimes I am just too impulsive. I will not schedule treatment until I am comfortable all of my concerns are addressed. @Smartman Regarding the guy with the tape measure, I also thought his penis looked pumped. The problem is he called me before I saw it otherwise I would have asked. I think another possibility is he took the picture shortly after the injection, or after some rough sex. It looks swollen to me and may be smaller when it is not inflamed. Sorry I don't know what a dorsum is. @kcchief: email. Would love to see the ones they sent your since they sound like different patients. @AE. Yes I believe the Dr said silicone mixed with something else. (what?) @N1I: I spoke to the guy with the big one on the phone for quite a while. I did not realize how big he was until I got the pictures though later in the day. He works as an adult actor and had the procedure specifically to get more work. He said he was big even before he reached puberty which I do not doubt. Also he said it was a mixed blessing, he is making a lot more money but it is difficult for him to maintain a relationship with girls outside the industry. Most don't like what he does, and he said the extra Girth is just too big oftentimes making sex painful. He said Dr loria has done quite a few guys in the Miami porn scene but they are bigger than me to begin with. He did not consider Dr Reed or any other PE surgeon because a scar or even a small Nodule will get blown during closeups and negatively impact his career. His personal advice to me was to not get too carried away and just get one injection. He reminded me you can't go backwards in size. Also both guys said they could meet me at the doctors office to see and make a decision before I commit. Anyone else beside KC thinking about this ?

Dr. Loria

There are tons of them in this thread alone. I'd recommend starting from page one of this thread and answering any question you haven't already previously answered. The best way to go about doing this is by Quoting a specific post by clicking on the icon on the top-right hand side of each post marked by a small pencil followed by a few dots. This will prompt a reply with the original question in a box quote. This way you can answer questions and members will see which questions you were addressing.

I highly recommend starting there first.

even after reading all this i would still go to Dr C....simply because dr lori hasnt anwered anyones questions who actually asked questions that were about the other side of the coin...he only answered questions about positive results and what not....seems very fishy to me

a real dr would answer and reply to the negative ones first as they are more of a concern and right so the ones to be answered as they hurt him getting more business

I have been asked by a couple of members for links to the Silicon complications info that I mentioned was in the complications thread. Here are links to the the papers.

Your insinuation that PhalloBoards is biased in favor of Dr. C is blatantly untrue, but I am not going to get roped into defending our integrity and spend time explaining to you something that if you haven't realized by now (with all your time on the forum), you won't get anyhow. I am guessing that you at least believe that there was shilling (on dr. Loria's behalf) going on. Am I correct? Instead of thanking SO for the hours of his own free time tracking down proxy emails and Pm the shills themselves, you attack him and the site (except for M7) for not be "open minded" enough. And now, after the scam has been exposed, you are throwing a mini tantrum , accusing the moderators of not being "open minded", and to not scare the doctor away. The reason this site was created was to prevent the very thing that doctor Loria tried to pull from happening. If we weren't so vigilante, then this Site would just be another shill infested nightmare, like it was with Mynewsize I would like to see Dr. Loria answer the questions about his PE procedure too, but to pretend that he didn't try to pull a fast one from the beginning, would be ridiculous. Messageman

I am going to have to agree with Messageman here. This thread has Dr. Loria's name on it, and it would only suit all future prospects to be aware of all the questions posed to the physician and his method from the very beginning.

I don't believe the word "smear" is a fair characterization of this thread. If anyone objectively analyzes each post, you'll see there are more often questions than conclusions. As Messageman pointed out, the insinuation that there is any agenda other than the free flow of information is preposterous. I could have prevented Dr. Loria from joining this forum altogether, but instead not only did I approve his account but welcomed him as cordially as a forum Admin can.

We must be willing to ask the tough questions. If anyone wishes to get their own answers, they are welcome to contact the doctor directly. Otherwise, if Dr. Loria is promoting a new penis enlargement method, it would be wise for him to address the most prolific PE-Surgery forum on the web. For those who are much newer to the forum, if you take the time to review the old PhalloBoards (Phalloplasty.proboards.com), including threads found here, you'll see that PMMA (and Dr. C's office) were grilled for every nook and cranny of info possible before men even began setting up appointments. And it wasn't until after a few waves of brave pioneers that we were able to ascertain the short-term realities of PMMA. And with all this being said, we're still not entirely sure of the long-term implications. However, with Dr. Loria, there has been such a lack of transparency that it raises questions, and fairly so.

And let us not forget the shilling element. No credible doctor should ever engage in such practices.

I feel that he should remain on this thread, and if he's a genuinely ethical doctor with a truly effective method, he'll be able to support it with thorough answers, picture submissions, etc.

I like how you think. I trying to understand how it works as well. He told me avrage amout is 10 -60cc per session. Its not all silikon 1000. I am wondering if the silikon is sold in micro droplet foarm? Or is that why he has to mix it. I also wonder the size of the droplet compared to PMMA bead size? Any how you sound like a great person to call and ask the
Indepth questions. Let's keep the discussion going.

Unless Dr. Loria is willing to reveal his "proprietary" information, everything will be speculation & guesses. No thanks to a syringe full of "speculation & guesses" in my Dick.

His "cocktail" isn't something revolutionary. It's just a clever way to perform a cost-effective penile bioplasty with a permanent filler in the states. Think about it, no one can afford Artefill, and Linnea Safe & Metacrill are not FDA approved. So he has to find something that is (i.e. Silikon 1000), and mix it in such a way where he can distribute the product 10cc+ of the product without an insanely high number of injections. He does all this in light of the fact that Silikon 1000 clearly states it is not to be mixed with other substances. He's ultimately finding a way to jump onto the penile bioplasty bandwagon, and finding a cheap alternative to Artefill is why he has this "cocktail." What concerns me is what is in this cocktail. Who knows what is being mixed to keep the "overhead costs" low. How safe are the other substances that he's mixing with the Silikon 1000?And as Smartman pointed out, there is no way Dr. Loria was completely oblivious to the techniques of other physicians around the world. And I wouldn't be surprised if he was aware of this forum (and consequently, the success of penile bioplasty in the short term) well before he introduced his own method publicly.

Here is my issue with out-of-country doctors and why I am so interested in Dr. Loria.

Is Dr. C even made to carry insurance? What if there were complications and I needed to sue? What are the laws governing multinational lawsuits? I'm almost certain there would be no recourse for me if something were to go wrong or a Dr. using less the medical grade PMMA ?

Greed will keep them in check but what happens if greed makes them want to cut corners? Here, at least Dr. Loia MUST carry insurance and is subject to the laws of this land.

I would trust him more than Dr. C just for the facts stated above. There are repercussions for Dr. L that go beyond money.

There is a bit of revisionist history that is been created here for whatever reason. Check out the old thread for yourself phalloplasty.proboards.com/index.cgi?boa...lay&thread=90&page=1 . The odd thing is IMO, any “negative” info about PMMA gets immediately attacked. It is almost like antibodies swarming to defend a body against foreign invaders. IIRC, there was a member who showed up a couple of months ago with PMMA issues who got a horrific reception. I have had pm’s and chats with members with complications who are not comfortable discussing on the forum for fear of attacks.

Please keep in mind if you are considering Silkon that silicon oil will have the exact same risks as PMMA except that the FBG’s caused by silicon oil can be much worse in their severity. Please see the papers presented in the Complications thread.

There is actually a huge difference between Dr C and Dr Loria. Bioplasty and PMMA were around and established long before Dr C started injecting it. The only reason Dr C is so popular around here is because he's the nearest established Bioplasty practitioner to the US (or California at least.) If the US were nearer to Brazil I suspect another practitioners would be equally as popular. For the European based guys it seems Dr N in Prague is becoming as, if not more, popular than Dr C. The point is, that the material and the technique is established.

Dr Loria on the other hand is using what appears to be his own propriety cocktail and is developing his own technique.

You say they are both willing to inject material they "believe" in, but one is clearly taking a much greater leap of faith than the other.

Dr. Loria, you took the time to write post #144, yet you still refuse to answer an extremely important question about your claims of a "modest" increase of 0.5" to 1.5" in length due to your Girth procedure.

Your vague answers to "very specific questions" that most readers are interested in knowing, is waste of my time. why don't you shut me up by answering the questions? ....because you can't

Yet, you quickly answer the question about cost and you direct it at one reader.... how futile!

answer the important questions, and I as told you before you will be collecting good money form readers on this site if you prove to have a safe and successful procedure.

So far you have said NOTHING SPECIFIC about your procedures and about the scientific questions that you are being asked by very knowledgeable veterans on this board, proving to me at least, that you do not have any measurable success since you give us not a single proof....

If you do not come back and answer these important questions about the safety, success, before and after pictures, the claims about the length increase then you will loose 90% of your potential customers in this site (you have lost many already due to those fake pictures), and let me remind you that they are hundreds that will go to you "IF" you prove yourself like Dr C proved himself....I will let you know how Dr C proved himself: in "MOST" cases, he UNDERSOLD his results and most people got successful outcome....

You on the other hand made a "FATAL" mistake that you will never recover from: you oversold your "Phantom procedure", your "supposed patients" produced "FAKE" pix and you continue the "run around answers".

I am giving you "business" advice that you should already know and should practice....and If you answer the questions to our satisfaction, I and many more will be one of your patients and only I will ask for a discount for my advice

If what you mean by "off topic smearing" is the accusation, investigation and eventual banning of shills supporting (and most logically employed by) Dr. Loria's office then I would have to say that it definitely is "on topic".This action calls into question the very ethics of the doctor and hence anything further he has to say.So I will address the elephant in the room and ask him why he felt the need to employ shady tactics such as shills and possible fake photographs.

Silicone does not promote collagen growth, so something does not make sense. It is your body, you have a right to know exactly what he is injecting, and insist on watching him open the packaging before the procedure. Please do not take anything a PE doctor tells you at face value, insist on verification. If he is evasive, look for a new doctor.

My guess would be he is likely injecting a temporary filler. Like all PE procedures, if it sounds too good to be true it likely is.

Has he injected himself ? Some PE doctors will claim they have had the procedure done on themselves, but they will never show proof. They know PE surgery is dangerous, after witnessing the aftermath of many of their own disfigured patients firsthand.

The .5 to 1.5 Length gain is in Flaccid state. We all know this could not possibly add that much EL. Just not possible.

I don't plan on doing this procedure for a year or so. There is plenty of time for any side effects\bad experiences to rear their ugly heads. That's what I mean by due diligence. I'm ok with my size as is. Not going to risk it without some positive info that I can verify. I wouldn't even do it for for free at this point.
