Figured it would be graphic...........surprisingly there isnt anything softer than what hes been using. Im sure there is something out there he could use that could that could connect to the inner body & would accept it.

This one I haven't seen. There was another one that didn't show all the invasive work, this one is far more detailed in what actually goes on. Thanks for the link!
