Hi George and welcome to the forum. At present there aren't any penis enlargement surgeries that have proven track record. So, as a result, there are actually very few Dr's doing this type of surgery and none of them have a particuarly good track record either. From what I've learned over the years I couldn't recommend any of the Dr's and surgical options available in the US or Europe.
At the present time the most popular option amongst our member is a non surgical procedure involving the injection of
PMMA, carried out by a
Dermatologist in Mexico, called Dr
Casavantes. So far the results we've seen via this method are extremely encouraging and satisfaction rates seem far higher than with any other method I've encountered. But it's still early days with this procedure and we need to see how results hold up over a longer period of time before I'd recommend it for the average guy.
Could you tell us a little more about what sort of size gains you'd like the achieve, what your currents size is and why you are interested in these procedures? This information would help our members when trying to offer you advice.
