TOPIC: Penile Lengthening Help Please!

SWM I too have wondered how much more success one might have to do a lig cut followed by weight Hanging. The Dr's often prescribe an ADS type tension device that has to be worn from 4-12 hrs. I've gained 3/4" from weights on again off again myself but my ligs are very taught. The Dr in Dr Casavantes' office area in Tiajuana does the scrotum method or at least use to. No clue on fat placement etc though.

Thanks for the post I appreciate it. I have gone the route of Hanging weights. I bought a BIB Hanger and it came in yesterday... I just need to get a few things and I'm on my way. My initial post came from not knowing much. Now I feel this is the best route. Thanks again. I'll definitely PM you going forward. Actually if you wouldn't mind telling me how you started out and what you feel are the best routines in your Hanging repertoire in PM that would be great.

AND I do believe and KNOW for a fact that "surgery brokers" do exist. I worked with one myself. Anyone remember Chad Hedman from mynewsize? Of course, many of us do. That's all he was. A surgery broker. I worked with him by taking many of the calls that came into the site and even participated in some of the "consultations" which were nothing more than 3-way calls/sales pitches with me, himself, and the potential patient on the line. I'm sure it's very tough to find 100% legit surgeons who are actually interested in the patient's outcome FIRST rather than the $$.

I quit working with Chad when I started to realize (through accusatory voicemails on my line) that there was something fishy going on. Why were so many men calling and asking why they had not heard back from anyone after they had sent a down payment for their surgery and/or vacuum hangers or related products through pay-pal???

MyNewSize still sings the tune of unrealistic promises (suggesting that the implant WILL yield Erect length gains). Not sure if Chad still owns the site or not, but wouldn't be surprised. And as I'm sure you are aware, this site was created in response to the bullshit going on over there.

Is there any feedback on the fat that is supposedly inserted in the so called "dead space" re-absorbed? Is this what is always done? Is there always a "dead space" in this area with lengthening? Isn't there a lengthening technique that goes in through the scrotum? Does it avoid this issue?

Thanks KFH! Yeah I definitely need some length gains lol this is ridiculous, but ummm have you came up with any top choices? I mean I know some people don't gain in erect and some do, so at least there's the possibility of gaining. If it doesn't happen then what else can you do? But at least you tried and found out for yourself. Honestly the money is not an issue when it comes to this. This has been plaguing my life and like I said before I have a really good social life so I at least want to try. I'm still looking for the best options. and I like that they don't just cut the ligament but also go more in-depth. So I was wondering if anybody at all has came across any feedback from this practice???
A little about me:
I am not sure how everybody measures but I measure on what I think I could actually use and my erect measurement for that is only 4 inches. Anyways I'm big on the social scene. I have a lot of friends and most of my close friends range from 7-9 inches and this is from girls telling us not just them so it's true. So with my party life and also being an attractive guy (not just saying, its true lol) I get a lot of girls my way BUT with only 4 inches I definitely just flirt and talk kiss etc etc and don't take it to the next level with almost every girl I mess with. Now it was easier when I was younger to go this route but now at 27 sex is too important to woman and is always brought up rather quickly and my friends are starting to bother me with not having too many stories.
So it's either stay like this and shy away from sex forever or try and give the lengthening surgery a hopeful shot. So I am going to give it a shot. No exercises did not help me. I really don't know how people get gains from it. I would love for someone to show me before and after pictures from a PE routine. Anyways back to my point, I am going to give it a shot for sure but I've been doing my due-diligence with research and I don't know that site seems like a good procedure. BUT it's also VERY EXPENSIVE. They charge by pounds and our dollar is very weak to their dollar so it will come at a hefty price. But I'm willing to pay for it if it seems like the best procedure compared to paying for bullshit and it seems every single practice in the states don't go in-depth like this practice does. All they do here is cut the ligament and say okay stretch and pray lol
Anyways I would take any and every feedback you guys could tell me. I mainly just want to know about the lengthening feedback. While I am average in girth at 5 inches around, I feel I will just do the lengthening and not have a girth enhancement get in the way of my post-op stretching. So maybe girth enhancement will come later in the future after Lengthening even though I see a lot of retraction on the threads which I can't afford at just 4 inches

I mean I know people who say they are around 4-6 as well but I was referring to my 3 closest friends lol and yea I know girls can be deceived on actual size especially if its thick... but I don't know I feel I might as well try since I'm psychologically messed up in the head as it is with this stuff. Yeah I've been reading as many threads as I can because I'm trying to get as much information as I can before deciding on which practice I'm going sign my soul too lol I like the fact that members actually document their history with their surgeries here and with before and after pictures. I think that's great of a person to do that. I will definitely do the same.
