I highly doubt all your friends are between 7-9 inches! Those numbers are considerably above average (especially anything 8" + ) and women can be the worst judges of size. You can convince them to believe a 6" is a 7" and a 7" is a 9". Not only that, but some make an argument that anything beyond 7" is needless length because many women are pained by insertion that pounds their cervix.
And the consensus is that Girth > Length, keep that in mind, especially when it comes to pleasing a woman via penetration (though I'm sure there are women out there who appreciate length as well).
In general, lengthening surgery has never been consistent or guaranteed to yield Erect length gains. And even when you do get the procedure done, you are required to stretch/hang diligently for many months, all without any guarantees. So in reality this procedure is hit-or-miss.
There are also complication risks that come with the surgery, which include retraction (quite the opposite of what you want).
You may want to review some of the lengthening progress reports to see if immediate post-op stretching has any significant impact on the outcome of this type of surgery. They are pioneering the length aspect of Phalloplasty and their progress reports will be an invaluable resource to those seeking lengthening surgery.

yea I saw that after I wrote the PM... I mean I don't think this stuff discredits what they can do for ultimately but I understand where you and the other members have a distaste. I mean they are really expensive lol and honestly they haven't even responded back to me and it's been about 5-7 days I think. Maybe me being from the States and having an US Dollar makes them not want to deal with me, who knows. So with that, I guess soon I will jump on board with you guys. It's still appealing though and although it's similar to other lig cuts they do say they do a few things differently (I know every doctor says this by now lol) I don't know I just would want to go with a thorough procedure (meaning as much as they can do to increase the odds) so that's why I was exploring them as a serious option. I also really like their before and after pictures and yes I know they stated they won't post it because of legal issues before! I really wish someone could see this board who has had surgery from them! It would be so much help! Anyways thanks for the responses. Hi newbie! 20 months ago when I first started researching penile lengthening I must admit that I was really optimistic and fairly naive and even then I would've argued to the death that I was being cautious and realistic! Unfortunately I've had to swallow the truth that most of these clinics are essentially businesses, they provide you with details you WANT to hear. When you ask more important questions they give vague respones that don't actually answer the question, or they tell you to book a consultation with the surgeon for a fee.

It is of my opinion that Paul Scott (The person who might e-mail you back) is UGRS's surgeon broker. It's his job to secure the sale of the procedure for his cut of the commission. This worries me as I believe, which is understandable for all businesses, that he was being extremely bias towards UGRS. Obviously we know why (if he IS their SB) but in the search for accurate and detailed information this is NOT what any potential patient needs.

I would love to hear the results of someone who has been with UGRS, as they were my main hope for over a year. But I stress caution with them and the penile enlargement business as a whole. Essentially they are businesses, they will bend the truth, distort results and ignore the undesirable effects of their procedures in order to increase sales.

PB is a great community, unfortunately you might get told what you don't want to hear but for me to be realistic and cautious has saved me a huge tragedy in what could've been an operation with UGRS at an extreme price.

I, like you, are in search of penile lengthening, we both have impressive natural girths but we both feel we need to increase our Erect length, so I'm definitely in the same boat as you!

what is difference between this and the american doctors? I don't see any of their sites explain their method like this one? Is there something I'm missing maybe?

There is a possibility of gaining, there is a possibility of NOT gaining, and then don't forget that there is a possibility of actually losing length. I know you know this, since it's reiterated often on PB, but KFH states it quite candidly about accepting the realities that lengthening surgeries are very inconsistent & unreliable (at best).
I would love a full inch in BPEL (or more if possible, but keeping my sights on something realistic relative to what others have gained either manually and/or surgically), and I'm slowly building into a conservative and measured traction regimen in hopes of gaining length... and in the meantime I'll have to hope that a procedure is developed in the future (preferably near future lol) which can offer consistent success similar to what PMMA has done for girth.
I can totally relate to your desire for size, given that we both come from the "under-average" camp. My NBPEL is 4" (BPEL 5"), and I'm eager as anyone here to obtain at least 6" in BPEL length. I have had success with PE exercising in the past but gave up prematurely and did not cement my gains. If the gains were only temporary, even then I could maintain the size through continuous manual PE. Of course, I express caution and patience if one chooses to obtain length this way.
My concern was mostly on girth. Being from the under-average camp, I felt I was more than qualified to consider phalloplasty, one of the few elective procedures that is still quite taboo/unpopular in the medical field. Because of this, surgical PE has greater inherent risks than most other elective procedures. Quite frankly had it not been for PMMA, I could have opted for the implant or FFT if enough years had passed, because I knew how negatively the lack of size was impacting my social life (like you, I enjoy a very social lifestyle). Fortunately, PMMA has come along and I bit the bullet and have been happy since. I did not choose to undergo lengthening, however, because I simply could not afford the risk of retraction (I'm already short, why get any shorter??). However, if my PE exercising endeavors yield me zero gains, I will certainly consider the lengthening procedure down the road. I hope as time goes on, methods will have improved to provide a more realistic shot at real gains in the erect state.
The great thing about PB is that, if you decide to assume the risks with this procedure, and are ready to "bite the bullet," then you have done so by getting the best advice and access to the most (exchanged) info on the subject matter. There are a few docs in the states that do lengthening, including Dr. Giunta who uses a laser to sever the ligaments. Good luck with your ongoing research!

I'm rooting for you man, I hope there is a solution close to being perfected out there somewhere so all that prime tail doesn't go to waste. Not just for you or for me, but for all MANkind, lol.

It's just basic lig cutting, no different to what you'll see anywhere else. Putting a strip if fat in the dead space is nothing special and lots of surgeons do it, or similar.

I need to take advantage of the chances I get while I'm still young, but we'll see imma do whatever I can and yeah I basically shyed away from her already. It's sad man but I'm thinking she'll still be around later. I'm moving for a year anyways so that was my excuse for her but I should be back in NYC in about a year. Honestly man I'm really pushing for some type of gains because if I do I might actually move to Europe for awhile after I come back to NYC. I'm real close friends with an upcoming singer who lives there now.. originally from here. So he shows me all the groupies lol but I'm not trying to go out there with this.. It's really sad that I have these opportunities but I can't or won't however you want to put it, take advantage of it. Ughhhh it's on my mind 70% of my day.

Newbie415, I desire to find a reliable lengthening operation as well. But it pains me to hear that you have a thick, sexy female that wants your sex and you're going to possibly pass it up.

My advice to you is if we don't discover a reliable lengthening option soon then buy a real Penis Pump (not the plastic crap) and give it a shot. Hopefully that will be enough of an increase in size to make you confident enough to nail that bad ass female you described earlier. Good luck, bro.

So far and from what we have read on this site, it has not been a very good stats for the success of any lengthening procedure. As S.O had mentioned in another post, it is a hit and miss proposition. I am waiting for a sure thing for lengthening like we have today with PMMA for Girth gains.

I would say most of us should wait till then. Mean while I am sure some will get their ligs cut and very, very few" MAY" have some actual Erect length gains....

I wonder how many lengthening procedures "fail" to produce results because most of the men go into them with un-realistic expectations? I've always found irony in the fact that pre surgery a doctor will tell you there is "no way, period to lengthen the penis without surgery"....or something very similar. HOWEVER, the story changes after they take your $$ and snip your ligs. THEN, you MUST hang weights (non surgical lengthening) for many months to see the results you want. How many of these men who go for the lengthening procedures follow the post op protocols "to the T"? How many of them slack off on it, or do not follow it at all assuming they 'have a chance' at length gains even if they do absolutely nothing to get them?

Just putting some thoughts out there. I myself, have gained 2" in Erect length over the years from very on again, off again weight Hanging. I've never had my ligs cut either, though I do contemplate that possibility for "ease" of further gains.

AND I do believe and KNOW for a fact that "surgery brokers" do exist. I worked with one myself. Anyone remember Chad Hedman from mynewsize? Of course, many of us do. That's all he was. A surgery broker. I worked with him by taking many of the calls that came into the site and even participated in some of the "consultations" which were nothing more than 3-way calls/sales pitches with me, himself, and the potential patient on the line. I'm sure it's very tough to find 100% legit surgeons who are actually interested in the patient's outcome FIRST rather than the $$.

I quit working with Chad when I started to realize (through accusatory voicemails on my line) that there was something fishy going on. Why were so many men calling and asking why they had not heard back from anyone after they had sent a down payment for their surgery and/or vacuum hangers or related products through pay-pal???

Thanks for the post I appreciate it. I have gone the route of Hanging weights. I bought a BIB Hanger and it came in yesterday... I just need to get a few things and I'm on my way. My initial post came from not knowing much. Now I feel this is the best route. Thanks again. I'll definitely PM you going forward. Actually if you wouldn't mind telling me how you started out and what you feel are the best routines in your Hanging repertoire in PM that would be great.
