Was not aware Dr. K was using some kind of scaffold now for lengthening... and if he has been all this time, I must of have missed this important fact. When you say scaffold, do you actually mean some kind of spacer, or does the doc call it a scaffold?
And fyi, Wade is a nurse, not a doctor, just to clarify
While I'm not a huge fan of length surgery, I always take interest in innovative ideas that could significantly improve the results that come from this type of procedure.

I was wondering if anyone has any insight to this method of lengethening by Dr Kravosky? (my appologies for spelling his name wrong). I understand the scaffold helps prevent retraction. You can't stretch for two weeks post surgery when the majority of scar tissue is forming. The scaffold absorbs 2-3 weeks after you surgery, right when you are healed enough to stretch.
Does anyone have any experience with Dr. K or this procedure?
I am strongly considering this procedure along with the lipo. Ill stretch for 6 months then have Girth done (leaning to Dr.C & Dr. WADE on Girth)
Please advise.
EL 4.5
FL 1-1.5

I'm not well versed in the details (not a doctor either). To m understanding, it is a tissue that helps with scar tissue, I believe it is a spacer. Again, I believe the method helps with retraction, but I'm not sure what exactly the material is. It is supposed to absorb after a few weeks. By my measurements, I really believe lengthening is necessary to have a longer Flaccid length, thus being able to have a better chance of success with Girth. Not sure I am right and would welcome feedback on the best course of action.

@needlength
Typically, autologous material/tissue is used to counteract retraction that occurs after the fundiform and suspensory ligaments are severed. Part of the healing process is forming scar tissue (fibrosis). In order to prevent the scar tissue from pulling the penis back, a spacer is used.

He does, he was called 'the butcher' on the mynewsize forums. There has been a vast user report ( user was called: BTC ) about him and his butchered surgery
