TOPIC: Weird "rings" after filler

I just had penile filler (10 ml of HA). Germany, done with a canula. Circumcised.
Intially it looked ok, but now, a few hours later, i see "rings" that have formed around my penis, basically like as if you took a penis ring and put it around my penis. Can I massage it? Is this normal? Maybe getting it hard and massaging then should help?

Unfortunately, Girth injections with a cannula tend to come out uneven because of how much filler is placed at once and due to the lack of accurate placement available using such a technique. How long ago was your procedure? You really only have about 3 days at most post-procedure before the filler "settles."

What you're seeing can happen when filler isn't evenly distributed—especially with cannulas, which I find less precise than needles. Gentle massage may help, but I wouldn’t do it too aggressively. Your treating provider would definitely want to hear from you! If you were my patient, I'd want you to reach out so I could assist.

It was done 5 hours ago, but it settled more now, i also put a light, soft medical "wrap" around it to put some pressure (very mild) on the penis to make it more uniform, i checked a few times after doing that (removed the wrap) and the rings were not present, everything looked perfect!
